That is not true I didn't bait any scene I didn't even know the officer was there until someone said hey officer there stealing and if it's based of actions then there a lot of people with there actions as well I simply ran up took free food that was advertised none the less. I am reaching out to follow up on my recent character appeal. According to the guidelines on your forms, it states that only one appeal can be submitted per PK and that once denied, no further appeals can be made for that character. Additionally, appeals must be submitted within one week of the character's PK, or they will be automatically denied. Since it's almost been a week since my character was PK'd, I wanted to check if my appeal will be automatically denied due to the time frame, or if it will still be processed. I also understand that comments can only be made by those directly involved in the situation leading to the PK, and that the template must be followed to avoid an automatic denial. Could you please confirm whether my appeal is still under review or if it will be automatically denied because of the time limit? Thank you for your help and clarification.

I thought faction protection is allowed and he was in the house that I help manage once he started opening fire I have reasons to protect whoever I want stated in the rules that if someone doesn't leave which I did tell him to leave and then proceeded to tell the others to get him out which then is on them I didn't know they where going to insiste a mugging that's out of my control i protect the house for destruction of property and my people from danger the best I knew how on little information I had in what was happening And on top of that the server was lagging So how am I to really figure out what's happening with lag as I wasn't the only one lagging And like I stated I never assisted in a mug I never asked for money or pulled out a weapon and I never asked anyone to do it I told them to tell him to leave and give him 3 warnings in a timed manner

What server rule or PK rule was violated? I believe I should be unPK’d because I did not initiate any form of robbery or mugging. At no point did I draw a weapon or claim I was robbing the individual. I was simply leaving the boathouse to lock it up when the individual in question ran inside. I went back in to see what was going on and instructed the others to remove him. However, instead of following this instruction, they drew knives and proceeded to mug him, which is against server rules. As a middle-man in my faction's hierarchy, the faction's rules require that anyone engaging in risky activities, such as mugging, must inform and consult me beforehand. This didn’t happen, and they broke the mugging rules by proceeding without informing me. At no point did I engage in or initiate any hostile actions. I was standing there with no weapon, simply trying to understand the situation. The situation quickly escalated, and the individuals involved were killed, leaving only me and two others alive. The individual in question then killed me, even though I had not provoked or escalated anything—I was merely standing there. The FearRP rules make it clear that a valid reason for FearRP is required when initiating a mugging. Since I did not initiate the mugging, nor was I involved in any hostile actions, I should not have been PK’d. Unfortunately, I do not have video or photo evidence to provide at this time.

On the day of the incident, I was speeding down the street when I accidentally ran over three police officers and a civilian who was being detained by them. I made every attempt to avoid the collision, but unfortunately, I couldn’t react fast enough. yeah that not what you said in sit though you didn't mention anything like that and I've seen many people have violent encounters with cops and get killed but not pked and i didn't get pked when the cop killed me I've had a player killed and its told me on screen you died but in the sit you just said I'm just going to go Ahed and kill your character off if you're supposed to pk players from violent confrontations with cops then why have I witnessed someone die from a violent encounter and return as that same character multiple times i witnessed last night at the Governers mansion multiple cops dying from a violent encounter but no pk for them like I said though Ima just record everything that anyone does wrong and i hope they get pked like i did if that's how its based and im reading each and every rule as we speak thanks anyways
