so i have been tired of trying to build buildings for store with the default props as they are not precise enough for smaller building and decor. luckily i have played with this one mod called SPROPS that adds a load ton of props for building and decor.

Pros:
lot more scaled sizes and variety for easier fitment into your build
could help with having less props in the world since there are more precise sizes helping mass amount of the same prop for something like the floor or wall.
very optimized as there just cubes and low poly shapes
has a built in spawn tab in the Q menu for easy access.
Cons:
there are a lot of props to work with but that means the file size is pretty big coming around 400mb
this mod had other building things in mind like car and train stuff so maybe blacklisting some of the props that are not needed may not be bad
i would like your feedback on this and would love to have this mod in the server in the near future.
