Bro said I had 4 of them on my record and banned me on the spot for a sit I made about some guy prop pushing my car and killing me after I ran him over for trying to steal my shit. Any ways I'm more confused why I am being punished for this and why 4 of these VDMs are on my record and don't go away. The admin told me that they stay there forever, and I get punished for the stacks. Like that's actually insane and gives me no chance to play the game. Especially sense most of those warns for VDM were literally people running Infront of my car while im driving. Why should you be unbanned? The VDM stack doesn't make sense. I can understand them being on the record, but to be punished for the stacks after 5 months since the last time I did it is actually insane.

So, Reason for the PK Was Disrespect & Refusing to pay the 100K. My orders were to pay the Jews. i payed the Jews 100K and Did Not Apologize and You can only demand one or the other. Why are yall charging the LT 200K for Helping me Pay? you cannot demand Tax & Apology.its either or. you also can’t Take the 100K tax, say I didn’t pay & then demand I be PK’d. Also I did No Metagame on the fact I knew his rank, I know the ranks and people as I was in Kosher as a Kapo for a long time. & as you boys can tell I got a lot of homies in Kosher. Whom of which we are all great friends. but anyways you can Yap it up all you want. i provided proof of Kosher starting the beef, by killing and admitting they would target mug. My shit talking is justified. Banning admin here, you were banned for running someone over in the public casino. You have roughly 5 PO's already for VDM, and yes, some are a few months old. But notes are on your record permanently, and regardless of what date they were applied, they stay indefinitely. You never told me you ran him over for "trying to steal my shit." Later in the sit, I had asked you what had happened, and if you ran him over, you had told me no. And you tried to keep the entire part of your running him over out of the picture. So, not only do you have 5 previous interactions for VDM, you deliberately lied to me in the sit. 1 week, with the amount of previous offenses, I feel is more than generous and lenient, as I could have given you more than a week.

The drug brick/barrel/jar system works as followed; You can obtain bricks/barrels/jars by either finding them through out unclaimed shipments (when the timer is on 0 seconds (because the ordering owner did not collect their shipment within 30 minutes after it has been delivered) and you can order drugs at the NPC whenever you're inside any faction that is involved in the criminal underworld. At the barge there is a NPC (named "**REDACTED**") where you can purchase a drug processor for $2250, whenever you have found a random shipment whilst not being in any family you can process any drugs and sell them, however whenever you're part of a family lets say you're in Bonanno and they have Weed then you can process weed but you cannot sell it to the NPC. Basically you're stimulated to trade / sell drugs to other players with a different racket. here is a guide for new players and eventhough this is the old map for the NPC's here are all the NPC's + the Barge. Hello, so before I go into the more specific details I would like to clear up a misconception. This pk has nothing to do with any escalation level. Reason being this hadn't been escalated yet, if he didn't pay and sos refused any action Kosher may have escalated the issue which would then make it subject to the rules of escalation and conflict. If a faction charges 100k and an apology in this situation there is no issue, as I stated prior this is not under escalation and SOS had no obligation to accept, they faced escalation if they did not go ahead and deal with this. As this issue did not reach that point it was still subject to normal faction demands under the “ You should seek a sit down with the leadership of the opposing family/gang and work out some sort of deal. Either reparations through money or possibly have a sanctioned hit against the accused party in order to maintain a diplomatic relationship without causing conflict.” Section of the rules. Due to that this is a simple case of a person refusing orders and refusing his chance clear the beef due to the risk of relations going downhill he was killed. Due to that reasoning this appeal has been denied.
