First off, when I was ban I was ban for Item transferring (there is a script to prevent it). Me and a long time friend and ooc family member wanted to test out the new PK script. He texted me one day and asked if I wanted to PK one of my old characters, i said why not because I was not going to use it anymore, and why not have a good rp with it. So what we did was I mugged one of their chars in the crew so then they would have a reason and they could get a good clip for an edit or YouTube video (not really sure what it was for either YouTube or something else all I know is it was being clipped for something). So then once everything happened and the guy I mugged got set free, I went to drop the stuff I took out of the guys pockets and dropped it. I know that the rule book does state " you may not transfer money or items between any of your characters in anyway. Nor are you allowed to act as the middleman for someone else's item or money transfer. Transferring items or money between two of your characters is not permitted under any circumstance." This quote says how any type/sort of item transferring is strictly prohibited no matter who your doing it for. I am wondering if we can do a zero tolerance policy/ 1 strike policy if you choose to remove my ban. I do understand it was wrong and I do understand that I have extensive POs. I know that what staff may see when they see my play time and my past POs may think that I am not worthy of being the the community but I owe up to what I did. It was a first for me, I have never item transferred before. I have tried to do any type of item transferring, but for some reason on this day I thought it would be a good Idea, I am not sure why and now I deeply regret it. I want to be able to come back and play with the people that I have played with for years from other servers and with people I have met in this server. I think I am ready to come back and that staff should take this appeal into consideration. Bullets gets whitelisted, I crash during the whitelisting, so I wasn't even shown anything such as drugs, Oil, guns or anything illegal. Bullets doesn't even show me anything until I crash again, and then when I get back on, he's unwhitelisted by staff. So at this point, what's the point of me being in the faction if A. I haven't got my friend in there. B. I haven't been shown anything Illegal. C. I wasn't even shown anything or had any proper RP with the faction. So I just leave the Wl Without buying drugs, guns, Oil or anything. Since they already unwhitelisted the guy I'm with..... a lot of the head models don't have glasses or hat bones, this is a custom bone position for hats and glasses to merge into, therefore we need to tie it to the head bone. problem with head bone is that not every head has the same shape or size, not even remotely the same height from headbone to top of the head sadly. ONTOP of that, not all hats or glasses use the hat bone or glasses bone. it would be a lot of work to convert these hats and glasses to use different bones. also, generally a lot of hats and glasses are made to fit male 09, since its the most popular male head model.

From this situation, you were borderline RDM baiting at the Lucchese property on the corner, with all of their cars parked infront I remember you taking out a prop, and just flinging them all, killing one of the guys and knocking out the others.

Not banning admin here or nothing like that, but I do know a lot about cheats because I've developed and used them a lot. Yep thats me, but with that knowledge I also learned some cheat analysis. A large majority of these comments are just simply wrong. Including 'I don't see any tracing'..... Yea..... ANYWAYS onto my turn I guess just cause I got called in? In the slowed down video, you can see Izumi has engine prediction on by the black arrow. This is basically just cheats ways of saying 'WHERE' are you going to be based on your current velocity (direction + movement speed). Notice how the cursor goes to the right of the player being shot? No coincidence. Next point, your firing pattern. To the naked eye it looks like just holding left click, flick, oops someone was standing there. BUT NO. If on average (yes I counted) from the original clip, there's almost 1 bullet per frame, more around 1.2 but whatever. So why'd that pattern stop between frame 1, 2, and 3? But in frame 3 the exact same frame and millisecond that your crosshair reaches the player, you shoot again. What I think happened? You stop shooting, accidentally panic and click aimbot key, flick to them, and you have auto fire on. (Bad cheats guhhh imagine not using trigger bot instead). ONTO THE NEXT, this one is aimed (haha see what I did there) at the 'whos aimbot even looks at spine'.... Well, a lot of aimbots do, and a lot of them have that option to seem more legit so that you're not hitting consistent 1 tap headshots. Cheats generally will add spine3 to their list. But if your cheats were a little better, they'd grab the 3 bones positions then find an average. You might say "OH BUT HES AIMING AT THE ARM" . Remember the whole point above about engine prediction? Going into the shot, takes a whole two frames, coming out of the shot, again, two frames. With your 'accidental flick' you almost flick back instantly to the same exact position you started from. So you either have really good precision with this 'leather mousepad', or like...... Keep following me now, we know where this is going. TLDR: 1. Stops shooting (inconsistent fire rate???), accidentally clicks aimbot key, locks on for a split second and lets go of key. 2. Engine prediction enabled (definitely a free cheat though....) 3. Auto fire enabled (when aimbot key is pressed, SHOOT says the cheat) 4. Target bones set to spine/pelvis For your other clips, yes I had looked into them too cause we don't wanna false ban here. You seem to just.... have them injected but not use them unless its an accident. So either 1. Its an emergency backup thing, or 2. You like using the ESP and don't know how to disable aimbot lol. PKing admin here, The message above mine basically sums it up, when joining a faction you get a prompt saying that you understand all of the risks of joining a faction. You were pked for "breaking family rules, ghosting the family, and failure to pay fees". You accepted the prompt by joining the family, and took the risk then ended up breaking the family rules etc.

Banning admin here, Joshua Withers made a ticket about your body blocking a door, you exclaimed that only the gods could move you and that your roleplay was being broken. I moved you from the door multiple times and told you in a voice when it was only you in the room that if you continued to do that you'd be warned/noted. You continued to do it and I stayed for a couple of minutes because something seemed off. I then see that you're being extremely uncooperative with the police officers with consistent insults, and not just regular "you're stupid" insults apart of roleplay, but insults that would take up 99% of your sentence. You said you were trying to talk through the walls and when I told you that they're soundproof, you said "Hold on, let me speak out of character" then continued to barrade me with insults exclaiming that the server was broken and it was my fault that the cells were soundproof because of a shitty "bug". I had myself and another staff member, explain to you multiple times its on purpose. The officer had already given you options of a lawyer, court, or plea deal. After 30 minutes of no roleplay interaction, you are set free. You then spammed and made multiple tickets regarding "no one responding" once again. I then told you, again, that when a lawyer is in play, it is not the police's duty to set you free as they cannot control if someone wants to represent you or not. A lawyer shows up, then leaves after talking with you for 30 seconds. You were given multiple chances to cooperate and be respectful, and I left out the list of insults you called me because I understand you're frustrated. However, I came to you with a level head until I gagged you multiple times, yet you continued to hound me with insulting comments. TLDR: Multiple chances given, refused to roleplay with police, lawyers, and anyone who talked to you, the only time you responded to questions was to barrage everyone in the room with insults, you were intolerable to players and staff members, you were auto-plead guilty because of this and told the reason behind it, yet still, instead of attempting to dispute it, just screamed and kicked like a small child having a temper tantrum, you needed some time to cool down and that's what the 3 days will do.

You only looked at a singular clip, I said multiple times that this entire appeal is about him having hacks or third party software, not specifically aimbot, psilent or silent none of that but generally ESPing and gaining an advantage. It seems that everyone who has seen hacks before have said he’s also cheating, but all the people like you who just assume cheats are always spinning people and blatant are the only cheaters in the world. I’m not saying this as a flex but I have seen cheaters a lot and seen behaviours that Hans seemed to have ingame. I have not only seen blatant but also subtle cheaters who try to look legit, along with that, literally developed my own for Garry’s mod multiple times and I simply understand how they all boil down to working and how to detect them.

Banning admin here, You got banned for the 3 reasons because of your mugging group. Unlucky that you got involved. Not only was it a mugging group, with intentions of ruining other's roleplay experiences, but you were abusing your alternative characters to buy guns and "sell" them to your friends. When asking the rest of the group about their intentions with the name of the group and their plans, they brought up "Detachment zero did it, why can't we?", your group was mugging multiple people very often, then asking the police department for money to release the prisoner. TLDR: Your only intention, as a group, was to involve police. Oh btw, I am still in the group chat so if you need proof, I can pull it all up for you. Along with my DM's with MVPMason. Unlucky you got caught in the group, but you knew that they were breaking multiple rules and yet you continued to affilate yourself with them. Metagaming, using discord DM's to communicate with eachother based on current events happening in the server. Char Abuse/Racket Abuse, intentionally buying from someone in the group, on an alternative character, to abuse the factions racket. Cop Baiting, you and your friends were on purpose, mugging multiple people a day, just to try to get ransom money out of the cops, in which they decided you were not worth their time so you continued to do so. The reason you got 4 weeks and the others got less or more time, is based on your playtime and PO's for other reasons. You have almost 6 days play time, 1 note on the 1st of June 2024, an RDM x3 Ban on the 23rd of June, then another RDMx2 ban on July 1st. By 2 bans, and a note, and 6 days playtime, you should learn to read the rules.

Yes they were RDM baiting, but not in the situation you were punished for. That was a completely different sit and you're taking it out of context, I put a stop to it after someone reported it, NO ONE REPORTED IT PRIOR. Never once saw a ticket from you, I was on almost 2 hours prior to the entire thing going down. They arrived approx 15 minutes before the sit happened. Not unfair, and its simply just how the server operates, if you have previous offenses, it means you still have not learned your lesson, and clearly you didn't because here we are again. "Bias and unfair", yet I let you explain your side, and I let the others explain too. I even had to gag the other side because they were talking over you and myself constantly during the sit. But you "forgot" to mention that I'm assuming? Once again, I genuinely do not remember who anyone is nor do I care, I forget half of the sits I take because 1. I take so many and 2. I don't care enough to stay involved in server drama/politics. You should know by now, witnesses do not mean anything. We simply cannot trust someones word, whats to say they won't just say "he didnt do it", it just causes more problems. With all these clips and "lengthy videos" of the situation(S) at hand, yet you only post the TWO clips that are out of context. Clip #1, in that SOLE situation, they were RDM baiting by trespassing, then instantly shooting back after a non-active threat was proposed. The man behind the counter was simply defending his property. In the timeline, this happened after your 3 kills (from my understanding as no one was there anymore, and it was just those three left.) Clip #2, once again, different situation that had almost zero relevancy to the situation YOU got banned for. I was on for 2 hours prior and not a single report came in about RDM baiting or "three whiteshirts", the only remotely close sit was "whiteshirts about to minge" You gave zero information on the situation and I was the only staff member on at the time needing to take other sits. TLDR: The extensive paragraphs of your "defense" solely talk about a different situation at hand, yes I agree they were rdm baiting IN THAT DIFFERENT SITUATION, but not in the one that you killed three people for, in which NONE of them were active threats, and TWO of them were purely spectating. In the end, your PET flags were removed for the type of prop you placed at first, distance, location, etc... Yes you were not given any warnings about it (talking about the flags), but we as admins shouldn't have to. Especially if you have already received a recent note about it. Your attitude was generally not helping to resolve the situation either. Once you understand that props are meant to be used to enhance roleplay and not avoid or overrule, then sure I absolutely agree you should have your PET flags back.

Banning admin here, based on the clip that was provided, someone was afk with no firearms out for a couple of minutes, he then tabs back in and you're shooting him dead. I checked your logs and listened to your story and nothing was lining up. You had stated that these people threatened you with guns while driving your car, yet you killed the only afk guy without a gun out. You were warned the 3rd of May for RDM, banned the 26th of April for Mass Mugging. I do agree the ban shouldn't be permanent (I wasn't the one who extended it), but you have had not one but two bans for things related to "Mass", Mass Mugging, and Mass RDM. In the ban notes this is word for word what I had mentioned. Which is the takeaway I got from the entire sit and situation.

In the clip you said that it was your friend and it was crossfire, YET, it wasn't a 1 shot to the head or anything like that, you had to of been actively aiming at the guy in the car and continued shooting him. That right there is why you got a 1 week ban instead of just a note or a shorter ban in my opinion. I will admit, the first one in your logs (Chief Sosa) did seem like a justified killing just by the logs, because he was punching you, you then killed him, but the 2nd one "Xodiyak" says there was no combat between you two, and you just killed him while he was AFK. TLDR: It wasn't crossfire, it was with full intention, you have No Intent To Roleplay and were directly lying to me, the staff member in the sit.

Staff member here who took your flags. In your appeal you directly admit why you shouldn't have them in the first place. Using props to kill yourself is prop abuse. Just unlucky that you killed someone else with it too. Not only do you say you wanted to kill yourself, but you do it because you were "already dying" directly proving that you were using your PET flags as an escape to a scenario.

As I was the one who released you, you made a ticket asking to be un-transferred and said that the charges were dropped, no arrest warrant was provided, and that the officer directly falsely arrested you. I assumed this was correct because I'm a new staff member and moderator, I trusted your word and as I don't remember who anyone is in the server, I didn't even look at your PO's or Bans. It was my fault yes, but you only got released BECAUSE of you abusing my stupidity.

Hello there, banning staff member here. You have 9 PO's and are clearly a repeat offender of RDM. This is a roleplay server, and you need to roleplay every once in a while. Shooting someone with zero interaction or commands to the player like saying at minimum "Put your hands up", which a police officer would do in real life. You instead decided to instantly shoot instead of investigate the situation. In the clip the guy was clearly trying to help the cop from getting killed by the Taxi Driver slamming them into the car. You gave zero commands to the person with the gun, and ontop of that, he specifically pointed the gun away from you, above into the sky then put the gun on safety. The person who clipped this and reported you posed zero threat. If you took at least 2 seconds to get the full situation out of the only person still alive in the area, you could've seen that he was simply trying to help your fellow NYPD officer. As a banning note I put this exactly. 9 PO's for RDM, ARDM, hes very trigger happy and refuses to do any roleplay in scenarios before shooting first.

player vs player pk's happen every day.... Cops are held to a higher standard than regular players, I'm not 100% sure, but 1 of the reasons cops can easily PK people for hitting them is mainly because in every encounter with cops, if you could kill the cop, you would try to and not have any fear of losing the character, making cops completely useless.

pks is a BIG money taker from the server economy, and a good reason to keep it that way. Obviously you wouldn't get access to their banks or anything but I do agree that their current wearing clothes should be dropped on pk. Exception of cops, they shouldn't get anything from the people they kill. (I am a cop and this is an unbias opinion)
