First off, when I was ban I was ban for Item transferring (there is a script to prevent it). Me and a long time friend and ooc family member wanted to test out the new PK script. He texted me one day and asked if I wanted to PK one of my old characters, i said why not because I was not going to use it anymore, and why not have a good rp with it. So what we did was I mugged one of their chars in the crew so then they would have a reason and they could get a good clip for an edit or YouTube video (not really sure what it was for either YouTube or something else all I know is it was being clipped for something). So then once everything happened and the guy I mugged got set free, I went to drop the stuff I took out of the guys pockets and dropped it. I know that the rule book does state " you may not transfer money or items between any of your characters in anyway. Nor are you allowed to act as the middleman for someone else's item or money transfer. Transferring items or money between two of your characters is not permitted under any circumstance." This quote says how any type/sort of item transferring is strictly prohibited no matter who your doing it for. I am wondering if we can do a zero tolerance policy/ 1 strike policy if you choose to remove my ban. I do understand it was wrong and I do understand that I have extensive POs. I know that what staff may see when they see my play time and my past POs may think that I am not worthy of being the the community but I owe up to what I did. It was a first for me, I have never item transferred before. I have tried to do any type of item transferring, but for some reason on this day I thought it would be a good Idea, I am not sure why and now I deeply regret it. I want to be able to come back and play with the people that I have played with for years from other servers and with people I have met in this server. I think I am ready to come back and that staff should take this appeal into consideration. I come back on, get whitelisted, and the guy who hired me tells bullets to show me. Bullets doesn't even show me anything until I crash again, and then when I get back on, he's unwhitelisted by staff. So at this point, what's the point of me being in the faction if A. I haven't got my friend in there. B. I haven't been shown anything Illegal. C. I wasn't even shown anything or had any proper RP with the faction. So I just leave the Wl Without buying drugs, guns, Oil or anything. Since they already unwhitelisted the guy I'm with..... While yes, as per rules this is not a raid. But you did still force yourself into the place. The killer had given you an option to leave, with his gun pulled prior to yours being pulled, then you pull yours out and instantly start shooting. PKing rules also state You were given a chance to leave the scene after the Ranger was pulled, yet you decided to pull out a gun and try to fight it out. Banning admin here, You are correct, there is no clip, but that doesn't stop me from being a good investigator! You have a ban from 8-24 for 7 days, that leads us to the 31st of August, you went a whole 3 days without breaking the same rule you got banned for. Based on your PO's and consistency of the notes and bans, thats why I decided on the 3 day ban because there was no solid clip, but as stated above, your general reaction to the entire sit determined it for me. 1. You kept running away from the sit 2. You kept screaming randomly "WHERES THE PROOF" 3. You consistently said "no proof, can't say intention" Because there was no clip, I looked into the positions of where the logs were saying, yes the guy you hit was on the wrong side of the road, but he was parked. You then turn a corner with plenty of time to react, (while on the opposite side of the road, the "correct" side), and drive directly into him. (This is the information I gather from the logs positions) When I gave you a last chance, when I was re-running through the entire situation with very descriptive props, you continued to run away. Looking at all the facts and the rules, this does not look like false corruption, plain corruption yes maybe, but that is dealt with ICly via IA reports and witnesses etc... Your PO's do make you look guilter than you actually are, so in this case the ban will be reduced to 2 days from now as you've already served 6 days. The reasoning for the reduction and not a complete removal, is that the rules do still state that cop minging is not tolerated, and with your extensive PO's you should know better than to minge, especially on a cop character. Also, your PD blacklist will be reverted and you will have to face the consequences (if any) in character as expected when beating down that person.

PET Flag taking admin here (this is basically just an explanation from my side so the appeal is fair and decided properly). I first received a report about some flags blocking the alleyway. So I tracked down who it was, it was you. You were AFK and I tried talking to you and no response, I didn't PM and I agree that was my fault. . I then get another report about the same type of props in the area, but instead they were short poles.... When I figured it was you again, I tped you, and you almost instantly removed the props when I asked "whats up with the props in the alleyway again?". (Almost like you knew it was wrong) During the sit, you had brought up you put up those props because people were 'revving their cars'. This to me, I saw it as you were avoiding the confrontation roleplay by placing props down (PET flag abuse)... You then continued on to say 'other people are doing it', but yet, you didn't create a single report because you said, and I quote, word for word, "because im not a sissy crybaby". More points during the sit, you had said you have never had a note before, yet you had 3, one specifically for Prop abuse on June 13th. Less than 2 weeks ago, when I questioned you on why you simply respawned it, you had said you were placing dupes and just conveniently placed them again, yes I admit it was my fault for not pming you to not do it, but you continued on to say that it was 100% allowed because a Moderator (morty & byte (if im correct)) had said, less than 15 seconds before me pulling you that you were allowed to build there, but not prop block it to cars. I never once pulled rank on you or the moderators, but I had stated that just because one staff member said it 15 seconds before I brought you to the sit, does not mean my entire word is invalid. James had to go to go do something IRL so he didnt ban you himself. You made the ticket the next morning and I dmed the arresting officer, James. He said that you had left the server during the arrest, but couldn't ban you himself. You have a MULTITUDE of LTAP PO's and Bans. You also directly admitted in the sit, that you got bored and didn't want to RP the arrest anymore because you had requested a lawyer and none were coming. If the arrest was false, or they went inactive, they did not, they adverted for a lawyer (which you requested) and then all parties had to wait, which is very common during arrests. Now for the google doc link being invalid, you should know by now that you need to make a ticket in that moment to report it. I honestly don't have anything else to say, you disconnected willing fully and you talking about your PO's by apologizing means that you should know better by now since your first server join in 2021. That is 3 whole years and you still don't understand the rules or know common sense to make a ticket in that moment instead of dealing with it yourself by leaving the game and completely avoiding the RP as a whole.

only recently was it removed, because cars would just stop working and no one knew what it did. you could never actually re-fill your car and everytime you respawned the car, it would give all your fuel back. IN MY OPINION, if it returned, it'd have to be fully implemented as so. Cars drain fuel from driving. Cars fuel amount is saved to stop respawning it to get it full. Gas pumps OR gas items to refill cars far away from the station.

If your vehicle was genuinely stuck, in which it shouldn't of been in the first place like you an I both stated, you should've called staff. But you didn't and here we are now. You entered at your own will and disrupted other players roleplaying experience and you do this on a daily basis. If you entered at your own free will, and couldn't exit, you would've called a staff member if your intentions were anything but malicious.
