What is your motivation/reason for applying?: Been playing this server for a while now, went through all the motions of the server, been staff before but kind of fucked it up, trying to juggle staff, running a new factions, and LT of patrol. I put stress on myself, caused me to lack a lot in all three of my responsibilities had time to reflect on my past actions, now that i am no longer any of those three things, I've noticed I have more free time then before. but cutting too the chase, I'm back more knowledgeable and more experienced then ever, and also more motivated. * Why should you be considered over other candidates?: No real reason, I have experience on this server, i have both good and bad moments which refine me as both a person and player, I feel i have a fairly untainted reputation, I also haven't been around In a while, i am unbiased and have a clear perspective, I have no personal disliking to anyone in the server, cause very little to no drama with anyone and always treat people properly. * Do you have any previous staffing experience? What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * The reason why I want to apply and my motivation, for it is mainly to help out as much as I can to the community as a whole, and plus I also wanted to be able to help take staff since I’ve been in a while over the course of a few weeks and months since my last applications that it takes a while for staff to take tickets which I can help out by taking the lower ranking tickets and helping the staff as a whole by making the higher staff members take more higher priority tickets as well as tried to provide a very fast and positive experience to the players that want to call on staff when something happens on the server I want them to know that they can always rely on staff whenever they get called Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have previous staff experiences on other service as well and one being a nut script server I also am a very patient guy as well as quite laid-back from time to time if anything I am mostly patient and I will always try to resolve the situation as best as I can while trying to peace both sides, even though I may not happen all the time. it is my belief that leaving you alive with the knowledge you know on that character is a risk to the faction given your past behavior, your lack to uphold your oath as a soldier, and failure to sufficiently complete the duties handed to you. the orders were written months ago, just were never carried out until now

hello, i wrote the orders for your character. when you were capo, you actually were required to pay kickups, just in the form of bringing the kickups of your crew in, and then kicking them up to high command. there were multiple instances of you failing to meet what was required of you, and you were spoken to about it. you then retired from capo, and went to enforcer. there were quite a large amount of discussions involving enforcers paying kickups, and you were well aware of this. this whole metagame allegation is wild, and whoever decides to handle this PK will see that the orders were not metagamed, and written well within the allotted timeframe.

He was very displeased about my behavior unbecoming of the Bar association, so somewhat justifiably so, he disbarred me and blacklisted me from ever practicing law. I was very displeased, so I went to my friend who some may know as Ruppert (Who is also a self-admitted homosexual man) and asked him for some firearms, me and my friend went to the courthouse that Mr. St-Laurent was stationed at with the intention to rob him for the maximum amount required, to my suprise there was a whole swarm of Police Officers ready to attack! my friend was threatened, and opened fire---immediately, the officers shot at us, trying to kill us, so in response, I shot at them with the intention to kill, unfortunately, I was killed. Minutes later, administrator (now former) known as Anazi took me to a staff sit and lectured me that I coordinated an MRDM attack, I explained that I did not shoot first and did not harm anyone there, but he was not too happy. And permanently banned me. I ask that the community have grace and unban me, I was always (for the most part) an upstanding and well-regarded member of the community, and I think that I've served my punishment and should be allowed to return. As said never once bragged about any sort of illegal activities. If anyone can come forward with some proof that would be wonderful, I would also like to know the date the orders were written if possible as if they were written within the 2 week timer of me leaving the faction that would lean heavily towards them only writing orders due to knowing i left the faction from metagame.

During my time as capo all money given to me was passed to high command when it was supposed to be, you expected a specific amount of money yet never told me I needed to cover it it was always an optional thing. I was enforcer for all of what 1 maybe 2 weeks? Before I was force retired. I have a full time job and diverge isn’t the main thing on my mind so sorry that it slipped my mind yknow typically when you expect someone to pay money you ping them or say hey don’t forget about this btw. The metagame allegation is because the orders were most likely only written after I unwhitelisted from the faction so if that’s the case you tell me that doesn’t seem suspicious? And completely disregarding the kickup situation provide me proof of the other reasons. I wanna know when I harmed faction relations in character and not in discord calls because people loved to talk shit about me and couldn’t take it when I gave it back. Also I’d love atleast an explanation if not hard proof of me “bragging about illegal activity in public” because that also just simply is not true.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: So first and foremost, I was a capo in Altoviti (Not required to pay kickups) I was then moved to enforcer due to activity reasons for a short period of time, technically is required to pay kickups but no one ever contacted me in regard to paying or anything of the sort. I was then retired and then around a week later all of my roles were removed in their discord. If someone from the faction can provide any hard proof of me harming relations with allies, I would love to see it as the only disagreements ever had with any allies within the commission were out of character through discord due to people shit talking me for no reason and not being able to take it back. If proof can be provided for any of these reasonings I would love to see it for myself as none of it is true and it's just an excuse to kill me because they don't like me. Can go more into detail about my falling out with the faction and alliance etc if need be but I see no reason to as if any sort of investigation is done it will show that the reasoning behind this PK is complete bull shit.
