Length of ban: Forever Reason for appeal: (apology) Why should you be unbanned: The main reason why I think I should be unbanned is because I took time to reflect on my actions and everything I have done to everybody on the server. When I got banned off Diverge I frustration and anger, but I took a couple months to think about it and really REFLECT on myself. I have learned to accept that I was obnoxious, Lying, rude, destructive and god right such a nasty person to deal with... When I played the server I would always think that everyone was the problem (including the admin team) I always had this weird thought that I was being targeted by other people in the server, but now that I had the time to reflect on myself and really understand the gravity of this situation and made the big step to accepting that none of that was true... I realized that I needed to fix all the bad things that were going on in my life outside gmod/diverge networks. And once I began to accept that I had some problems and got my attitude better. And the reason I want to come back into the community is because I realized that I also had fun times with my friends and others. And this message goes to the staff team of diverge. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: Well it would be weird to just say I'm the best here, but I'm not. I have tons of staffing experience in GMOD, having also had a popular TTT server back in the day I think my experience can contribute alot to this community. Do you have any previous staffing experience?: I've been the owner of a popular TTT server (amongst others) back in the day where I not only managed Staff members but also did alot of staffing myself. It was for about a year and then on and off throughout the years. How do you handle this?: Well I would try to get a staff member to take it or make a ticket myself. Most of the time people make tickets when they get RDMed or so, and in that case, I would just move on. If all else fails and no one is available to take it, I would swap and take it myself. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would record and document any evidence for a Staff/UA Report as anyone should. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would take the ticket and assess the situation as if it were any other player. Depending on the severity of it, evidence recorded, past offences, I would punish accordingly. Sometimes that would be just a note, and sometimes it's a ban. Depends. Anyone with senior admin+ needs to be restricted to government positions. If these recent wars and conflicts have shown anything is that the admins on the server as quite literally the opps. They do anything and everything for their shitty factions to make sure the normal playerbase is at a disadvantage. So make them choose: Make decisions for the server or Play as an Italian, The staff Bias in upper staff decisions has been going crazy, from PK's to Escalation, it's all shit. The server is gonna lose quite a few players if this shit persists, ain't no one wanna play against dudes who can just decide you're faction needs to be culled.

I understand your concern and appreciate the input but let's be real. Digging up an almost month-old feedback post when I've spent over a week inside the game since then is not fair. I may not be HC-level but I know ALOT more since then and have experienced tons. Imagine playing for 3 weeks and out of that 1 week+ of your time is inside the game trying to get into the politics on one side while climbing the ranks to a supervisor role within PD on the other. All that while not wasting a SECOND minging or doing anything other than playing the game the way it is supposed to be played and enjoyed. As I was advised by many before. So please don't confuse time with understanding, because I've used my time correctly and exposed myself to things that actually matter. Some people sit on this server for months and still know the basics or just afk/minge around. Staff need a general understanding of the game and how it works, yes, but most importantly, they need to know the rules, enforce them, be helpful, stay unbiased, and actually care for the experience of players. I have tons of experience as staff on GMOD which I know can contribute alot to this community. Also you can always learn and grow in your role as you go.

When I was a Senior Administrator, we had Miami RP where Schedule I (Hehe, Schedule One...) narcotics were a literal death sentence, amazing faction conflicts with RP consequences, and fun vibes all around.
