I personally was with the Jews and so was he, while in this faction he was always arguing with others and making problems for no reason. For example we would be casually sitting in a vc and I'd be talking with someone and he would randomly butt in to make a argument and talk shit on a bunch of people. Furthermore I would constantly tell him about his behavior and he would never change (this is during a 6 month period of consistency about telling him about his behavior). He has not changed and certainly wont change while being staff. He will just be biased and get upset when no one is listening to him. Hello Vethar, Sorry for the delay, after some discussing I've came to the conclusion to lift your ban from your account. I came to an agreement this was properly escalated. You two were getting verbally disrespected by Pearce in the vehicle and you guys decided to follow him, since he was driving at walking pace, you guys ran up and started punching the vehicle which is part of the escalation. Since you can't really damage Pearce you guys roleplayed it out by doing damage on someones belongings (his car) In the video you provided you started the escalation yourself, you insult them and their reaction is them 'chasing' you since you're driving at walking pace through little italy and they have any right to confront you about it (also because UA and Commission is in the middle of a conflict) now that I looked back at it, to me it looks like YOU (Pearce) were hoping for some sort of reaction out of it, since you did not drive off. You were escalating it yourself and didn't really make an attempt to get away after you disrespected these men. You could've reversed with the vehicle and went on a different direction, since the guy with the christmas shirt was infront of your vehicle. You backed off and what it looks like to me is intentionally ran him over and said "Ight bet" which was a proper reason for them to kill you. You insult them, they respond by punching your vehicle after some words exchanged you ran one of them over and they kill you. Regarding the metagame accusations it's very hard to proof if they were metagaming in a vc which will be looked at. obviously some melee weapons are used a lot more commonly than others, and some have different ways on obtaining i.e shiv and lead pipes require things from rummaging around trashcans and going to different npcs in order to craft them, other than for rp reasons, going through all that effort seems a bit pointless for weapons that aren't particularly better than others that can be obtained through easier ways i.e going to hardware and just buying a baseball bat, so how about giving some melee weapons special attributes depending on what they actually are! for example: - blunt weapons being able to cause concussions i.e. lead pipes, baseball bats, spades - sharp weapons being able to cause bleeding faster than normal, i.e. kitchen knives and machetes - shivs being able to cause damage overtime due to something like a temporary infection, reason im saying this is because if you take a closer look at the shivs in game, that metal is 100% rusty and not clean depending on what the weapon is, the special effects would kick in faster or slower than other weapons of the same category, because obviously baseball bats are a common weapon used for first hiring new people as security guards, wouldn't be horribly nice being concussed 24/7 concussions could be a dazing screen overlay effect, hindering the player from being able to fight back properly, bleeding would just work the same as the current bleeding already in game and the infection would be similar to bleeding but either less or more damage. picture of the shiv for anyone who's never seen one in game before:

I was fucking around WITH a friend and it was during dead hours I did accidentally hit Adams car which and he hopped on his staff char and removed my flags and returned me. Yes I have 2 PO my first one was when I first got my flags my 2nd one was having a text screen in the air for a couple secs and them removing it realizing it was against the rules. Which again Adam gave me a note on even though I was verbally warned I will admit the first pet flag note was valid but the one for the text screen is wild even when I was verbally warned for it and I said I wouldn't do that again. I mainly use my flags for RP and of course I "abuse" my flags I will say it and own up to it but everybody does and its mainly staff that abuse theirs and they do not suffer from any notes or blacklist for their flags. I was on yesterday and 2 admins were abusing their powers slaying each other and kicking each other during high pop but when I flip my friends car during low pop hours as a joke I get my flags taken that's crazy.

Noticed during this conflict there is a lot of people spawning terrible garbage bag props. Think it would be interesting if there was an actual 'Trash Bag' item that you could put certain items inside of. I.e you can use a trash bag on a burger on the floor and it will put it inside of a bag in your inventory, with the option to now empty it / see what's inside with a progression bar that says 'emptying'. Would be good for body parts and such, realistically if you cut a body up you would wrap the parts in a bag before dumping somewhere. Might enable people to actually put trash in trash bins and give the scallywag brokie hobo's something else to scavenge through.

Immediately following the situation, it was met with questions and accusations of potential cheating. As a result, I was pulled to a call with staff to do a VOD check and an overall PC file check. Upon doing so, nothing was found except an old folder from 2023 with nothing but random code and .jsons relating to a GMOD cheat that I haven't used in years (darkrp trolling). As I stated when in VC with staff after the incident that sparked this, I have never cheated on diverge and do not currently cheat on diverge at this time either, I have no reason to whatsoever. I am a long-time player in this community, dating back to 2020/21, with very little administrative action ever taken against me, nor have I ever faced any accusations prior. Now, the reality is, I can understand why, from a staff perspective, it could be construed as if I were cheating, and understand the optics of the situation. I am here disputing the ban as I do not believe it to be justified, and further proclaim my innocence in this situation as I did when a PC check was done last night. I won't deny the existence of the folder, UA has seen it and is likely what led to the ban, but the contents of which were also seen, which showed the lack of its use in years.
