I left on my own terms in November. Now that it has been a couple months I would like to learn and take the time on how to staff on Diverge since I know its different from DarkRP staffing. I would like to start helping out and learn Nutscript I feel like I could be useful in some ways. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I feel like everyone should have as much as a chance as I do, But I feel as I'm pretty reliable on most things and I'm always wanting to help. As I mentioned above I have a lot of staff experience, most people that create an application go in blind. The server I used to play they used to have every week "The top ticket takers" I was on that list 7x in a row. I'm extremely active and usually always on when I'm not busy (with school and work) I feel like I could put my skills to use and become a decent staff member. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I was an Administrator for Atomic network for about 6 months which is pretty high on DarkRP especially since it was a really popular server, I was really well known and highly respected. I got promoted pretty fast for the good work I did. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why? I have been banned for MVDMx2 10+ | LTAP | Low Quality Player. As I said I was a minge when I first started and have since then changed, I haven't done anything else besides that and have learned from past choices. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I wouldn't say I'm too known. but some people know me for custom clothing or just being in Little Italy. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Sadly I was clearing out my clips folder and my medal clips won't load. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: Bullets, Jmoorsey, Coco ------------------------------------------------- Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Try to get another staff member that is not busy or just make a ticket, but it also depends if it was clearly intentional or if it was clearly on purpose. Most of the time I will leave it alone and move on with my day. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Make a report with the proof I have, you shouldn't be abusing your perms to make a unenjoyable time for other players or staff members. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would take the ticket as I should and treat the person I know like any other person that's making a ticket, My job as a staff member is too not be bias and do tickets correctly. If the player knows I know the person who made the ticket I would simply ask another staff member to take over so no conflict happens.

Name of Character: Alisio Ramano and Lucien Dupont SteamID: 76561198257129936 Your Discord ID#: ALG#0914 Date of PK: March 31st, 2025 Reason for PK: Both characters were PK’d following a mugging scenario involving Lucien Dupont and my friend’s character, Andre Dupont. Certain server rules regarding raiding, item transfer between characters, and the creation of mugging characters were unintentionally broken. Why should you be unPK’d? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: After speaking with staff and reflecting on the situation, I now understand the mistakes I made. At the time, I thought I had a good grasp on the server’s mugging and PK rules — I’d been asking people around me questions because I genuinely wanted to learn and stay within bounds. However, I now realize several key things I misunderstood: • I gave my friend (Andre Dupont) a shipment of guns from my main character, Alisio Ramano, just to help him out. I wasn’t thinking about using any myself at the time, but later, when I made Lucien Dupont, I ended up using one from that shipment. I now realize that still breaks the rules on character separation and item sharing, even if it wasn’t intentional. • I didn’t realize that creating a character solely for mugging (Lucien) is considered Fail RP, since it avoids consequences that a main character would face. • I was also unaware that the raid timer applies to groups, not individuals. When we lockpicked two motel doors, I mistakenly believed it was fine because we were doing it separately. • Lastly, my friend (Andre Dupont) never shot anyone during the situation. He was simply following me around because I had told him I knew what I was doing. He trusted that I understood the rules, and I now see that I unintentionally led us both into breaking them. While we talked in VC about the idea of trying out mugging before creating the characters, there was no metagaming during the RP itself. I fully accept responsibility and now understand how these actions negatively impacted the roleplay and broke server rules. That said, I’m not asking for the characters to be revived out of entitlement — I accept the PKs and the outcome. I’m writing this to show I’ve learned from the situation and that I’m serious about being a respectful, rule-abiding player in the community. I enjoy this server a lot, and I want to continue growing with it in the right way. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: I don’t have video or photo evidence, but I’m happy to cooperate if logs or additional information are needed. When recruiting people, you might have someone train for you because you're a lazy sack of shit. Sometimes these trainings might not be done properly, yadada, and thats purely the fault of who told you to train right? But what happens in the case of people who don't get invited to the faction discord for example. Crucial step right there, because now you have an un-tracked faction member that can do whatever the fuck they want. Im yapping, heres my proposal. A faction "lock-down" option to whitelisting. Factions may choose to enable or disable this, basically it will not allow anyone to be whitelisted to your faction (staff cannot whitelist TO faction) UNLESS you have C menu recruitment permissions. This will stop the leak of random low level associates/interns from being able to just go "@ whitelist this guy" and causing problems, under the faction whitelist. Maybe I'm just a horrible faction leader idk, but I've caught a bunch of people just blatantly racket abusing recently in my faction (Brown and Sons Co.), yet I cannot do anything about it, other than just unwhitelist them and get staff to note/ban/punish etc.

So on this server you make a business/enterprise and register "taxation industires" which are gonna be the categories of things you will be selling. ^here you can see the current industries and what specifies each one. So for example if you want a restaurant you choose the "food & beverage" industry. Price varies from category to category. Let me add to this to entertain this idea that ideally idea'd: Faction leaders can get access to a command, idk /factionmenu then open a little cool menu where it has some cool features: Click a button to lockdown the faction. Click a button to add/remove users to have permission to whitelist people to the faction. Also, displaying what CharIDs have access to whitelist people to the faction. Similar to the Ban User from Casino, where it displays all CharIDs that are banned. a cool little stat page of the faction? I always like to keep track of my faction's population and one of the key factors to know how healthy my faction is doing is how many people get on daily so having a stat page showing, total whitelists, activity, other pieces of info, etc would be cool to have access to! How about additional features to add to this /factionmenu to help faction leaders do some managing without staff intervention.

+1 but the faction management system in general needs an upgrade. Maybe have a menu in f1 under the business tab that lets you manage your whitelist as a fac lead. maybe have different positions on your whitelist that have different permissions, access to certain racket items (guns, drugs, etc.)

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: For a little background, Harleen Sinclair is a retired hire command for Legacy/Corsicans, my whole job was originally I was the Director of Legal Affairs AKA I ran the law firm which was registered with the DoC as the Legacy Enterprise. When I became District Attorney I retired from high command and stayed on solely as a lawyer. All I ever did in that faction was represent faction members occasionally when they got arrested and took civil lawsuits whenever someone contacted the Legacy lawfirm. In this role, shittor on his Detective Porcello character contacted me saying he wanted to hire the firm to defend him against a defamation lawsuit. I had a settlement meeting between my client and opposing counsel, who was Robert McCloskey AKA Revampedrebel and his clients the Laventines. They were suing Porcello for defamation because he called them an organized crime family in public. Truth is a defense to defamation, so I told them if they dont drop the lawsuit I'll have to prove in court with NYPD files that they are a crime family, putting it on the record, and they dropped it. But McCloskey was mad about this and went to Sil, who ordered me to drop it, and the case ended out of court. Then fast forward to now, I'm representing Alexander Price in his lawsuit against the PBA, who hired Robert McCloskey as a lawyer. We had multiple witnesses for the civil lawsuit so we were organizing depositions at the PD. He asks over discord if me and my client can make tonight between 6-7 for the deposition, we say yes and we wait. He messages me saying he's busy with an assignment and he's running late, so I'm sitting in the PD afk waiting for him when I get PKed on Sils orders. This is stupid. I'm a 100% legal law RP character, who got PKed by my own faction because I'm winning civil lawsuits against opposing counsel Robert McCloskey, the don of another faction! This shouldn't be a valid PK reason. Particularly since I've been on Harleen regularly, even when Sil is online and speaking with him, and he hasn't tried to have me PKed before now; only when I'm involved wth the PBA lawsuit does he have me killed. You clearly haven't seen the rumors about Maggy Finch single-handedly infiltrating the Bonannos and becoming a capo, using a voice changer and even undergoing a sex change approved by Hamir. Since you're new here, you might not fully understand how things work. Roleplay on this server takes time, things don’t happen overnight. Instead of jumping to conclusions, why not play for a week and get a better grasp of how the system operates before ranting about it?

Equipable briefcases with a balanced amount of extra storage space, visible when equipped. This not only gives extra inventory space, but also offers roleplay opportunities and unique player interactions (Briefcase filled with money, guns, drugs, contracts, documents, limbs, etc). Can be placed in crates, lockers, cars, dropped, etc. Purchasable at hardware store or at barge? Will take up perhaps 8 slots of inventory space while offering 10-16 slots? Maybe brief/suitcases of different sizes?

Your interpretation of the whole ordeal is wildly wrong. Funny enough, I did try to sit down with you and Sil together at the same time to talk about it but you were so slippery and refused to meet outside of the PD. I'm gonna give my side to UA via a UA ticket as I'm simply not trying to have everything metagamed but to put it bluntly, you're way off. I can say, with a high level of certainty, that you didn't die "because you took an opposing side of a case".
