Hi Charles! I wanted to ask what you're referring to, as I pride myself on being friendly to everyone and having good connections. I have never "messed" with other factions as a civilian, though I do often tag along and work with other factions to help them out and have some fun. Do you have any examples of my minge behavior?
I'm sure I have had my moments of being mildly annoying, but I have never been accused of being a minge before.

+1 for me not sure what charles is saying but when ive seen the leader in the city its been nothing bad and he is 100% fit to lead a faction no doubt in my mind
