Ties not visible when equipped

Bug: the ties that can be purchased from the Irrelevant Clerk are only visible on characters for a short period of time after being equipped, after this the tie becomes invisible even though the player is still wearing it. The tie will first become invisible to other players and then some time after that the person wearing the tie will also be unable to see it. There is a small fix that players can do that resets the tie through un-equipping and re-equipping it so that the tie is visible again.

With this said I do not believe this to be a sufficient fix as, through personal experience, I can say that it is very tedious having to re-equip your tie every ten minutes and asking others if it is visible.  

I am aware that there are fixed ties on the Steven Pendretti vendor however the clothing options on this vendor do not offer the player many formal suit options unlike the Irrelevent Clerk vendor were, if said bug was fixed, the player would be able to wear many variations of the suit and tie combo. 

This has been an issue since the old player models were replaced and the new clothing system was implemented over a year ago. Yet from what I can see, there has been no awareness brought up on the matter even though this bug has been present for over a year. I have heard that this bug was briefly addressed however it was cast aside as a client side issue. There may be some truth to the bug being a client side issue however after speaking to many other players on the matter it seems that everyone I have spoke to also experiences this bug.   

A complete fix to this bug would greatly improve a number of role play scenarios on the server particularly any type of formal events. For example players that are attending court can be expected to dress appropriately in a one piece suit and a tie without having to mess around with their clothing mid-trial. Even criminal factions would benefit as formal dress codes can be enforced for their business fronts such as restaurants with the reassurance that ties worn by other players will be visible at all times. This bug has personally effected me in rp situations during events such as formal meetings and made man ceremonies in which ties were avoided due to the bug and I feel this impacted on the formality of the event. Most of the suit options such as the open suit with waistcoat and closed suit look very out of place when the player is not visibly wearing a tie with them and this has resulted in me and numerous other players only wearing the open suit to avoid this. 

Some may see this as an insignificant bug but I believe that not having working ties does take away from rp situations to some extent.

More specifically the tie disappears when your character does. e.g. you log off or switch characters. It's very annoying to unequip and then reequip.

ALSO if you join the server and when you disconnected you had a tie equipped it will also be invisible despite being equipped
