Killing one person and attempting to kill another, then mag dumped your colleague without warning and then died. You should be PKed along with the ban. You JUST got off a 7 day ban for RDM, less than 48 hours prior to being banned this time and have extensive POs from the past month, along with 3 additional bans. You clearly have no interest in reading the rules or roleplaying correctly. I am going to advise against you being unbanned. Hello, First off, for future reference mugging in the clothing store IS allowed. But, in this specific situation you were in close proximity to the NPCs, within line of sight. Even standing behind them like you were in this situation counts. Had you been more inside the backroom and had line of sight then this PK would stand. This is not the case. The situation is distinctly unique and is not a "1:1" of a different PK with an entirely different set of circumstances, the only similarity being the general location. Whereas here the individual isn't properly put into fear rp until they are directly behind the NPCs. Do note that if you were placed under fear rp and then ran infront of them this PK would also stand, this is what happened in the referenced previous PK by the responding admin.

There are several quotes on the map you guys reference that explains greenzones and redzones, yes the area is a red-zone HOWEVER there is an NPC nearby which your map literally explains that even though its a red-zone, you can't mug anybody.

Then later on my partner tried arresting me so i ran across the bridge and broke it so they couldnt get to me and some random civilian (the one who complained by the way who i did not even kill) was following us around the whole time and was on the bridge trying to run towards me when i broke it and then he fell down on to the trash bags and SURVIVED he then killed me and i was back at pd talking to my partner who i killed and he didnt really care he just said "dont shoot me again" and then as me and him were going back out on patrol i got pulled and at first pyro sounded chill until he started saying he was gonna ban me even when i told him my reasoning, I understand how my actions could have made other people angry with me but in the end the 2 people who died did not care not in the slightest and were not even the ones who made the ticket. I understand i have a terrible track record but i truly enjoy playing this server. Admins if youd like to see the clip id be more than willing to stream it to you on my pager as i dont have medal premium and cant paste the clip for you.

It is not about monetary value, its your due diligence when you join a criminal faction to read the prompt you're given that labels this exact scenario that happened. Leaving a criminal faction with no warning or permission can lead to your death if caught.

So that's just it? No conversation otherwise to be had or discussion given my low-ranking initial position? Normally I would cop it on the chin and leave it without a word, but I don't exactly see my leaving (after an hour if not less) truly affecting anybody. I would have been happy to return the baseball bat if that were what this was about. I've given the PK faction rules a decent scan, and it seems that it does not 100% meet the criteria for character death.

Hello, I'm sorry you feel your PK was unjust and thank you for reaching out, you were permanently killed due to the fact of you joining a criminal organization and then leaving on your own volition with no prior warning or no proper request to your higher ups. When you join one of these you receive a pop up box telling you that this may happen.

I didn't deny his appeal, someone else denied it. I told you that I referenced someone elses pk which was exactly like yours. You were in a red zone, got mugged where u stood but ran out to the green area to try and avoid the mugging.

Just actually sat down and read through all of the faction related PK options now: I was nothing important and had done nothing other than join the faction, play security to see if I fit (for 20 minutes) and then got dragged around and taught how to play. I then logged off for a while and did not touch the character. When I rejoined, I had left the faction (I had no idea I needed to go up some crazy chain of command) considering my unimportant rank. I believe this is why they had gone out of their way to have me killed?

Danny costava from the grave here and I know no messages unless ur involved BUTTTT this is legit 1:1 my situation unfortunately they don’t count the backs of NPCs as “direct line of sight” once you step inside that red zone and they got your ass it’s locked in hell even for my situation I ran infront of the NPCs after they declared the mug but it was still in vain I wish you best of luck on this appeal you can look back on mine if it gives any more references and help with what was discussed there but unfortunately it’s a really unlucky situation

"Unless there is an NPC or witness present all rooftops & sewers are RED muggable areas." This line right here debunks this entire thing, There was an NPC present so therefor the area cannot be muggable.

I don't really give a flying fuck if you denied somebody else's appeal, this is about server rules, you have a rule that you cannot mug in line of sight of NPCS, THERE IS AN NPC IN LINE OF SIGHT OF ME THE ENTIRE TIME! What is the point of the "NPC Line of sight" rule if I clearly was in their line of sight. You should make the rule way more clear if you're just gonna disregard it entirely.

Hey so you were inside of the red zone and then went into the green zone to try and avoid the PK/mugging. Someone else approved of a PK exactly like how you died and his appeal got denied. Don't get all mad at me and say "Are you trying to have a realistic server or not???"

Are you trying to have a realistic server or not??? what is the point of having line of sight NPCS if you're not even gonna obey it. I was clearly in line of sight of the NPC I never left that door-way, why have that rule if you'll disregard it.

You and Danny C. got mugged in THE EXACT same location and both ran out to the green area. You both were behind the NPCs in a red area and decided to run into the green zone and got killed. I saw these similarities and decided to approve of your PK.

Line of sight still exists between me and the NPC regardless of the map. This is how greenzones and NPCS work everywhere else, why not here? he should have closed to door or had somebody assist him, it was all around an extremely lazy mug attempt.
