What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * The reason why I want to apply and my motivation, for it is mainly to help out as much as I can to the community as a whole, and plus I also wanted to be able to help take staff since I’ve been in a while over the course of a few weeks and months since my last applications that it takes a while for staff to take tickets which I can help out by taking the lower ranking tickets and helping the staff as a whole by making the higher staff members take more higher priority tickets as well as tried to provide a very fast and positive experience to the players that want to call on staff when something happens on the server I want them to know that they can always rely on staff whenever they get called Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have previous staff experiences on other service as well and one being a nut script server I also am a very patient guy as well as quite laid-back from time to time if anything I am mostly patient and I will always try to resolve the situation as best as I can while trying to peace both sides, even though I may not happen all the time. I will still try my best to do, but I can not to mention I was able to try to get fair punishment and try to mediate mingey/fail RP whenever I try to see it I as well as me trying to be unbiased as I can and want to sit and talk with somebody if it means that I can get a smooth experience for them and me even if it means for more than 10 minutes while also giving people a comfortable experience with staff, knowing they can always rely on them Do you have any previous staffing experience? One time was due to me Looking through a wall, which I thought wasn’t that big of a deal back there but seeing as it now I could see why it was failrp and I got banned for one day for it. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I will say my reputation and how other members the community think of me is fairly slightly is above average if anything since I never really have done anything to fuck anyone massively over besides one people and I try to make amends what be hasn’t but it’s understandable I said that I will try to be unbiased and I always try to give people fairly fun experience by you know being funny around them as much as I can What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: From my experience, there’s a lots of fun experiences when my most one went back in the day when I was first getting made in the faction, it was a nice and humble experience teaching me how far I can get into a community Have any staff members recommended you? How do you handle this?: I will try to warn the guy that he shouldn’t be doing any of this and hop on my staff chart pull him into a sit and explain to him how the rules work and how he can avoid trying to break them in the future, as well as teaching him how he shouldn’t do that as well bring the person who got our RDM ask if it was you know it was just them playing around and then I comp him and asked if he wants a guy to be noted if he has any notes that has done this multiple times I would ban him You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: First, I’ll try to talk to the guy. I asked him. Why is he doing any of this abuse stuff in the first place if he gives a very very poor reason, I will then just see if I can catch him on the act of doing it by recording the evidence clip and them making a staff report or reporting directly to UA itself A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I’ll try to remain unbiased as possible, even if it’s a friend or a faction member explain to them if they have any proof of my friend Mingeing or RDMING and if they don’t, then it’s a simple case of he said however if he does have proof, then I will consider giving the guy a note or warning, especially if it was a major RDM or just major failure Mingely and if most cases are not, I will try not to take the ticket against him and ask another staff to do it to avoid possible biases since it could result in me being accused, regardless, even if I do try to be unbiased

Didn't even know there was a conflict, if it makes it any better whoever is going over this appeal doesn't have to reply to it until after the conflict is done. Also, hacker is a crazy accusation. If I was banned for it I think they would've clarified it in my ban and I wouldn't be making this appeal.

Was never clarified to me but I'm guessing it has to do with this. This is from Reece's Ban Appeal. I came home to me being banned, tried to reach out to figure out a reason but it was never told to me. But, they don't hand out perma's just to hand them out so again guessing it has to be for a good reason.

You were warned 2 separate time to stop abusing your pet flags within 4 days of one another. You were flying people around on props and smacking cars. The last time you were warned you immediately went right back to causing issues. I don't see this as a genuine apology or acceptance of wrong doing. This is not a permanent revoking or denial of your flags, you can still reapply for them back in the coming weeks/months. Your flag appeal has been reviewed and denied. Yes it should, I agree yeah maybe it should be sold by hardware or whatever. Maybe it can be sold by the ammo NPCs, or have a separate npc in the gun stores for the less lethal. also the shotgun should be able to shoot the range of 15 in game footsteps. and the tasers should have a function to tase close quarters and shoot prongs.

Could be fixed by making ADS slightly more accurate. Beanbag rounds are little lead pillows, so its not like missing a taser shot. If you missed it's more than likely because you suck at aiming lol. In my opinion it wouldn't make any sense for Big Oil Co to have access to as non-lethal weapons racket either.

I mean if a double barrel shotgun can be on your back, why can’t a beanbag shotgun? I’m not trying to mirror real life.

Bean bag rounds can kill or maim someone. So if civs can use/access them specific regulations can and should apply. Like only being able to use it on private property or requiring to show ID. And obviously brandishing them would still have a legal penalty. Slightly changing the functionality of pre-existing mechanics would make more sense than giving civs access to a beanbag shotgun. Like making it so where if you smack someone with a gun or a baseball bat it stuns them for a second like the baton.

I agree with everything you say but the bean bag shotgun should be able to shoot longer than just across the street. And it’s not accurate/scoped so if the person is running zigzags then it’s pretty hard to shoot. As per rackets and what not I have no idea. Maybe since they are legal, we can let the Oil factions sell them.
