What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I have been playing MafiaRP for around 3 years, and I have always loved being a part of the incredibly diverse community. I have also loved to see the new waves of people that come and find the server, as there has been a lot of new groups if people that I have seen and have had the pleasure to play with. plus, it is always fun to see all the fun, and hilarious situations that you can get in to. it is by a landslide, my favorite Garry's mod server; I also want to help keep the community pure of all the minges, and people who try to ruin other people's experiences. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I have been playing for quite some time, and I think I can bring positive energy to the community. I also believe in treating everyone equally and giving fair and honest opinions. and if I were to be accepted, for any ticket I take all sides/ stories into consideration, as I believe it is important to fully understand a situation before making an ultimate decision. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Yes, but not on a game server. A couple years ago, I started out as a chat moderator, then became one of the top Admins. I was an admin for about a year for a youtuber who has 300k subscribers. he is not as popular anymore, but he was quite popular when he got doxed as a kid while on stream. His name is Rolly Ranchers, and we actually ended up becoming pretty good friends Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No, I have never been banned. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I am somewhat well known amongst the PD, and I was well known in the faction I was apart of. I would say I have a pretty good reputation, as I hope people would see me as a down-to-earth person, and quite easy to get along with. I'd also like to think I am quite friendly to people, and I treat people respectfully. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: When the aliens invaded the city, and we had to go kill them, and we had to watch from above to make sure we didn't get sucked up by the things with the long arms Have any staff members recommended you? Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: It depends. If there are other mod's on, and I am in a roleplay scenario, I will let the other mods know about it because I don't want to ruin the scenario just to escalate the situation with the RDM. I think that's power abusing. However, if I am the only mod on at the time of the RDM, I think its reasonable to switch characters to deal with it, so they don't feel like they are able to just continue doing it without any consequence(s) You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather evidence of the abusing, but if it isn't anything that's too absurd, I would just wait in case it was just error which we all make, but if it continues to get worse, I will definitely report the abuser to higher ranks and provide them the evidence. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I will still punish them as it is unacceptable to RDM/Minge. Even if I do know them personally, I still think they should be punished for their actions, as like I stated earlier, that everyone should be treated equally. No one should have any specific bias against them, or in favor for them.

As Cookies mentioned, just because he was being annoying on the piano, doesn't mean you should just kill him. You did not follow the proper steps to escalate the situation before resorting to killing him. You also could have contacted a staff member to explain the situation to, and have them deal with it. With your previous bans, you should know the proper escalation rules. That being said, I do believe a week is a little long given the circumstances, so I will reduce the ban to 3 days. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and accepted. The ban will be reduced to 3 days.

the better idea is bring back world corp in the exact place where it was before. I was caught in the middle and ended up helping coordinate an impromptu hostage negotiation. It was one of those moments where RP, tension, and fun all came together perfectly. I think that with the current state of the server the only Italian Family's to exist are large scale crime organizations with well over hundreds of members (which is fine since we are in the 80s and crime is at a high), but as we move closer to the 90s smaller scale family's/ glorified crews/ small outfits are starting to appear and hold out during crime crackdowns. The way that this application is written and made to sound is that they want to roleplay as the little guys who aren't immediately trying to make claims to anything. I think this kinda rp is lacking in the server since everyone and their mother wants to be Joe Pesci tough guys, I say give these guys a chance to try something else out rather than accept the next absurdly foreign faction cause that's what people think is game changingly different. (Keep in mind every different race faction promised to stand out and i genuinely don't see that happening a whole lot) Just something to think about

Except for the couple of typos and errors in the application. I think you would be great on the staff team, I've seen enough to know that you can be serious in the right time and never bring in any kind of bias. You have my recommendation as well
