He gets his gun out after asking to leave, and you guys recognize him (from whatever happened beforehand). Strangely, this medal clip was lost but I still had my window open, and I was able to salvage it. I don't know why you'd post someone else's POV when yours was available. TLDR: You pull your weapon on him, tell him to put his weapon away, while keeping him locked inside your store. Then a friend from your faction approaches him and begins to tie him. He retaliates and kills the people who have guns on him/tried to tie him while masked.

+1 I feel as though if the NLR had not occurred this whole situation would have had a very different outcome and more than likely would have never happened.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: One of my faction members bought two random people into the Coffee shop where he then tried to tie them up. He was killed in the process. He then returns to the Coffee shop RIGHT AFTER (Breaking NLR) when he called for backup on radio. I arrived not knowing that any of this happened before hand. He then tells me "There are 2 people in our basement" but doesn't explain what happened. The two people were let out of the basement and into the main area of the Coffee Shop. I asked why he was down there in the first place since it is completely off-limits to the public. After trying to get an answer of how he got down there he pulls his weapon out. Me and a lot of crew members retaliated by also drawing our guns only after the stranger drew his out first. We all pointed our guns at him demanding to put his weapon away when he then fired the first and only shots killing everyone in the Cafe. This was in no way a "mugging". The First guy was warned for NLR due to the event. No faction members should have been called over radio. Admins claimed it was a PK due to me drawing my weapon, but as seen in the following clip my weapon was only drawn AFTER the individual drew theirs out first. Admins were also about to completely drop the PK ticket due to the fact that the guy that called for backup broke NLR numerous times beforehand but instead told me to just appeal it. I'm sorry for any difficulties i caused the staff back then, and it will NOT be an issue going forward if im given the chance. Why should you be unbanned? I’ve had time to reflect and I’ve grown since then. I’m not looking to come back and cause problems — I just want to be part of the server again and enjoy it the right way this time. I suggest you read the PK guidelines, as this is clearly outlined there. Unfortunately, just because you're unaware doesn't mean it doesn't apply. As String mentioned above, you failed to comply with their orders, and were subsequently killed. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified. You may not re-appeal this PK.

Hello Pking admin here, I was shown a clip of you getting put under fear rp and then you decided to run away and try to escape the mugging situation, in turn you not fearing for your life and then you die after getting many warnings with enough time to react off of it. Heres the rules i went off of to pk you. While under fearrp it's recommended you oblige by the commands of your captor, if you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would display a disregard for your own safety, a calculated risk you took which failed, resulting in your PK. (In some circumstances a PK does not apply, view pk rules for more information.) This means it is NOT a rule violation to break fearrp but if you are killed while breaking it there is a possible IC consequence of being PK'ed. When can you kill someone in a mugging for it to be considered a PK? - You must FIRST, properly initiate a mugging (See Mugging Rule 9.) - They attempt to flee while you have them at gunpoint/fear rp. (Does not apply if you disengage fear rp. See fear rp rules) I believe this pk is valid and should stay. Thank you!!
