Look, I respect that you're trying your chances here. But if you want to start talking about the rules while one seasoned administrator and another staff member above him already reviewed the situation, then sure, let's talk about the rules. FearRP, let's start with Rule #1: 1. While under fearrp it's recommended you oblige by the commands of your captor, if you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would display a disregard for your own safety, a calculated risk you took which failed, resulting in your PK. Lets be a little bit realistic now. You are in a quiet, isolated area with no one around. Suddenly, a car pulls up, stops in front of you, and 3 BLACK NIGGAS jump out and rush toward you. You immediately recognize what's happening and even say, "I'm about to get mugged." If I hadn't landed a headshot on you from behind while you were firing, maybe you would've landed a lucky shot on one of the guys in front of you and taken him down with you. Maybe you would've killed me instead. Maybe the guy standing next to you, who had previously left our faction and joined yours, someone we were already familiar with (F3), could've been armed and started shooting once our backs were turned. Maybe a police officer could've rolled up and dropped all of us, There are literally tons of possibilities. We understood all of those possibilities and accepted the risks before initiating the mugging.But You, on the other hand, completely disregarded your own life instead of escalate the situation. You chose to fight back immediately rather than preserve your character's safety, which is exactly why Rule #1 exists. As for Rule #3: 3.If you're holding someone under Fear RP and issue them orders/warnings not to do something and they disobey you may kill them. However, one single warning/order will not suffice, multiple warnings in a very short time span will also not suffice, you have to give them adequate time to react. The problem is that you never gave us, or even yourself, an opportunity for any roleplay or escalate. You didn't attempt to react, negotiate, comply, stall, or engage with the situation in any way. The second you realized what was happening, you chose to act out of pride, ignored the value of your character's life, and immediately escalated the situation into a gunfight. As a result, YOU DIED. You keep bringing up the guy next to you as if he's some crucial witness, but if either he or we wanted him involved, he had every opportunity to make a move. He didn't. We didn't force anything on him because, as I already said, I have no interest in dealing with small fry. If necessary, I'll gladly provide all evidence and information to the UA. At this point, let's leave it to the UA for reviewing the situation and let them make the final decision. Good luck on your appeal tho!

Nigga got bullied just because he is the brother of John Gordon and is young while maining a PD character. From my perspective, having spent most of my youth on PC, age really doesn’t matter at all. However, the Diverge community is something different, and I think I’ll go with Yugi’s opinion, which he expressed in the latest 14 y.o staff application. Here is evidence of me bringing them both in a sit and explain the situation and what happened, they both agreed and understood my words, I continued by returning both of them to deal with the 25 other tickets I was busy taking.

I'm going to comment because I was the one who denied the original report. I deemed it was invalid for the reasons I'll be explaining below, I ALSO sent the clip in Discord and asked 2 UA members to give their opinions which they both agreed the mug was valid. I did this to prevent conflict of interest (wink wink ) The TM can be seen infront of the Golden Dragon with a group of individuals (including 2 Takahashi-Kai members) gathered across the street infront of The Garrison, accompanied by a single witness standing infront of the bench. Tengu initiates the mug at this exact moment, in a yellow zone, with only ONE witness directly looking at the incident. All others, excluding one of two Takahashi-Kai members are looking away towards The Garrison enterance. This ban is invalid because it did not constitute a failmug. All mugging rules were followed, individual was dragged to a red zone via FearRP and only then was he tied up and actually mugged in the alleyway. Regarding the mugging char, I'm not even going to bother explaining, Tengu is a Captain, since when are Captains with their characters set as their main considered mugging char. Bro was literally mid RP (gunsale) when he was banned. If he was also PK'ed for failmug that also should be reverted immediately. I might not be staff anymore but at no point I will let someone get punished without justification.

He left the family without permission and started working for your side, which means his F3 was still with us. As for the witness you mentioned, while you were getting mugged and PK’d, he stood there in /anim 2 saying "holy shit" and watched like a good girl instead of doing anything. If he was really your guy, why didn't he step in? We didn't mug him because my crew and I don't waste time dealing with small fries. We saw the two of you walking through the tunnel like complete fools and decided to mug you. I was on my capo character and attempted the mug together with members of my own crew. As you stated in your own clip, it was very obvious that you were about to get mugged, and you even acknowledged it yourself. Despite that, you voluntarily chose to pull out your weapon and resist. When Monaclu pulled both of us into the sit, he explained the situation to you as clearly as possible. He told you why you were PK'd, why the PK was valid, and that a higher-ranking staff member had already reviewed the situation and approved it.
