What is your motivation/reason for applying?: Been playing this server for a while now, went through all the motions of the server, been staff before but kind of fucked it up, trying to juggle staff, running a new factions, and LT of patrol. I put stress on myself, caused me to lack a lot in all three of my responsibilities had time to reflect on my past actions, now that i am no longer any of those three things, I've noticed I have more free time then before. but cutting too the chase, I'm back more knowledgeable and more experienced then ever, and also more motivated. * Why should you be considered over other candidates?: No real reason, I have experience on this server, i have both good and bad moments which refine me as both a person and player, I feel i have a fairly untainted reputation, I also haven't been around In a while, i am unbiased and have a clear perspective, I have no personal disliking to anyone in the server, cause very little to no drama with anyone and always treat people properly. * Do you have any previous staffing experience? If so, why?: once for RDM, it was a year maybe even closer to two years ago, someone ran up and attacked me, so i chased them down with an axe and beat them, I was a little confused because I thought rule wise it was okay but apparently I was mistaken Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would say I am somewhat known, maybe less then i used to be, but feel like a decent chunk of the server would recognize my name from somewhere, not entirely sure about my reputation and what people think about me, I know some may not be fond of me and that's okay, I have made mistakes and surely caused anger from others before. What do you do?:, Inform a higher rank of my concerns, if i see them do something clip in and extend said concerns farther A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: This would constitute bias I would inform other staff members online that i can't take the ticket because of the bias nature, I wouldn't get involved beyond that, if he's innocent then no punishment will occur, if he is found guilty proper punishment will be handed out ---------------------------------------------------------

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * The reason why I want to apply and my motivation, for it is mainly to help out as much as I can to the community as a whole, and plus I also wanted to be able to help take staff since I’ve been in a while over the course of a few weeks and months since my last applications that it takes a while for staff to take tickets which I can help out by taking the lower ranking tickets and helping the staff as a whole by making the higher staff members take more higher priority tickets as well as tried to provide a very fast and positive experience to the players that want to call on staff when something happens on the server I want them to know that they can always rely on staff whenever they get called Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have previous staff experiences on other service as well and one being a nut script server I also am a very patient guy as well as quite laid-back from time to time if anything I am mostly patient and I will always try to resolve the situation as best as I can while trying to peace both sides, even though I may not happen all the time. Does it constitute possible bias?: I’ll try to remain unbiased as possible, even if it’s a friend or a faction member explain to them if they have any proof of my friend Mingeing or RDMING and if they don’t, then it’s a simple case of he said however if he does have proof, then I will consider giving the guy a note or warning, especially if it was a major RDM or just major failure Mingely and if most cases are not, I will try not to take the ticket against him and ask another staff to do it to avoid possible biases since it could result in me being accused, regardless, even if I do try to be unbiased

Didn't even know there was a conflict, if it makes it any better whoever is going over this appeal doesn't have to reply to it until after the conflict is done. Also, hacker is a crazy accusation. If I was banned for it I think they would've clarified it in my ban and I wouldn't be making this appeal.

Was never clarified to me but I'm guessing it has to do with this. This is from Reece's Ban Appeal. I came home to me being banned, tried to reach out to figure out a reason but it was never told to me. But, they don't hand out perma's just to hand them out so again guessing it has to be for a good reason.
