He gets his gun out after asking to leave, and you guys recognize him (from whatever happened beforehand). The clip you provided me is here, which is also your POV of the incident https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CM3LlacDeNIuaByUWTvecQdxXN-CSJFF/view?usp=sharing which you can see where your gun is pointed at the time of your friend tying him, both of you are wearing masks during the encounter. Strangely, this medal clip was lost but I still had my window open, and I was able to salvage it. I don't know why you'd post someone else's POV when yours was available. TLDR: You pull your weapon on him, tell him to put his weapon away, while keeping him locked inside your store. Then a friend from your faction approaches him and begins to tie him. He retaliates and kills the people who have guns on him/tried to tie him while masked.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: One of my faction members bought two random people into the Coffee shop where he then tried to tie them up. He was killed in the process. He then returns to the Coffee shop RIGHT AFTER (Breaking NLR) when he called for backup on radio. I arrived not knowing that any of this happened before hand. He then tells me "There are 2 people in our basement" but doesn't explain what happened. The two people were let out of the basement and into the main area of the Coffee Shop. I asked why he was down there in the first place since it is completely off-limits to the public. After trying to get an answer of how he got down there he pulls his weapon out. Me and a lot of crew members retaliated by also drawing our guns only after the stranger drew his out first. We all pointed our guns at him demanding to put his weapon away when he then fired the first and only shots killing everyone in the Cafe. This was in no way a "mugging". The First guy was warned for NLR due to the event. No faction members should have been called over radio. Admins claimed it was a PK due to me drawing my weapon, but as seen in the following clip my weapon was only drawn AFTER the individual drew theirs out first. Admins were also about to completely drop the PK ticket due to the fact that the guy that called for backup broke NLR numerous times beforehand but instead told me to just appeal it. I suggest you read the PK guidelines, as this is clearly outlined there. Unfortunately, just because you're unaware doesn't mean it doesn't apply. As String mentioned above, you failed to comply with their orders, and were subsequently killed. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified. You may not re-appeal this PK.
