Banning admin here, let me start off by quoting your recent perma ban appeal: ”Apology. I want to take responsibility for what I did that led to my ban. Back in December of 2024 6 months ago I was permanently banned from the sever. Prior to that I was banned countless other times for being an absolute immature child. I would just go around killing people with cars (or anything I could get) or driving cars inside buildings ruining the RP experience for everyone on the sever and wasting the sever moderators time with stupid stuff they should have to be dealing with.” Since then you’ve been banned 6 times, mostly VDM, RDM, NITRP bans amongst other reasons. You’ve clearly not learned and you’re still the ”immature child” that you claimed not to be in your perma ban appeal. I watched you do the exact same thing you apologized for. Driving cab after cab inside the casino and blowing them up trying to RDM the players inside. You were then mostly unapologetic and a total minge in sit. Okay, as this guys number one hater, I must say it is good your finally taking accountability and making a appeal rather then flaunting a cake in diverge gen. However you said you have sat with that ban for a while. It has been a week. That has been almost zero punishment and I don't see how you would have been able to change as a person in this time.

I enjoyed my time on this server and I am intrigued by the diversity of pathways and approaches to roleplay in this server compared to other GMod servers. I think it's been 10 months since the original ban and I remember I think I did an appeal before, but I wasn't honest and tried disputing the ban knowing well that I did metagame and then tried ban evading. The account that got banned for this is my alt that I used for my other characters due to not me having extra character slots, and I was basically acting like a dumbass by trying to scare people pretending I'm an undercover fed. However, I used metagame and external resources to find out people's names and other details, which is now why I am aware of the reason for the ban. Then for some reason, I tried using my main account (the one I'm appealing for), which has my character who was an acting Capo for the Lucchese family and was very rich — which I don't even know why I tried that, as it resulted in me losing all that progress in that family and the benefits of my grinds. So I want you to consider unbanning this account, but I will have no problem with keeping the other account banned, as I did commit an offense with it and I understand the reason for the ban and why it should stay banned. However, if that's not possible, as both accounts need unbanning so the system doesn't ban me, I promise to follow the rules and not use my alternate account to try and do dumb stuff or ban evade with the other account. Thank you for reading and considering this possibility and it would bring me lots of happiness if you are able to allow me to come back to this great community and unique server where I received many memories from. -1. Seems you were banned recently. Like within a month or less. I personally don't think you deserve to be unbanned. Doxing someone is WAY TOO FAR and out of line. This ban should stay for a year or two and he was extremely disrespectful to me when I first started. I hope you can change and think you genuinely are better than that.

everyone deserves chances especially after a perma to prove themselves worthy coming from someone who came back from a perma and my mind had changed, I was in jmz shoes 1 day and asking for another chance will really change him so i would ask for him to get that chance to see the change that will come from him. If anything at least he should make a apology letter to each person who was doxxed / effected and make them feel his forgiveness. but good guy needs to come back

You were a very recent " former staff btw". You should've known better, you've been given so many chances and you never grabbed the chances whenever you were given a chance. Most of the people wanted you gone, but Pendred gave you chances and you kept lying that this shit would not happen again, You gave us your word and didn't follow up your promises. Right away after you got removed from the staff team you already received a ban and notes,whenever I saw you on you were just RDM baiting and breaking other types of rules, with the icing on the cake you doxxing someone. The worst part is that you got doxxed yourself and you know how that feels and how that is. Why did you do this to another person in this community whilst you're clearly aware of how fucked up it could be! Whilst I have to admit, you were contributing some good quality RP. I do not believe its time for you to return to this community yet. We had a 2 pk killstreak with Hardline Pro Perk, so we unlocked the UAV.

This all happened because I was messing around and I put a car in the doorway of the casino. I wanted to see the car blow up just for fun with absolutely no intention of harming anyone. An admin saw me do this automatically assumed the worse and thought I was trying to kill people near by. No one died when this happened due to me knowing I was far enough away to not kill anyone, but still decided to ban me for multiple POs (Once again and I cant stress this enough no one died). Also, I remember the people around me not caring about what I was doing and even one person was laughing with me. Why should you be unbanned? I understand what I was doing was stupid but I personally think a ban of this length was unjust.
