You're correct the damage at the beginning does invalidate the fear RP. The PK was due to an unrelated issue but that doesn't cover the kill here.

They said hands up hands up, and i was trying to and pressed the wrong key bringing my physgun first up and then my gun which i then immediately said I am sorry i am sorry and they gave me no chance but killed me immediately after that.
