+1 I don't know about his extensive but if he had Extensive POs for item transferring? Obviously he shouldn't be let back. But if he has pos for other warns not related to I.T. then he really should be given a shot since three months passed by. In my opinion I'd look at this by a (if he item transfered before than obviously him doing it again doesn't mean he is sorry.) but from the sound of it it looks like he did it one time. (?) I wouldn't have this guy permad if that's the case, it seems like he should be given a chance. This is important to note, if his POs were for Item Transferring then obviously he shouldn't be let back in. But if it is for other situations not related to I.T. then I don't see how given the guy a chance hurts. Just my I.M.O. since he is permad right now.

+1 I do agree that Sage did rush himself into staffing initially because he was a relatively new player and nutscript as well as diverge is entirely different from dark rp but it has been a good amount of time from when he first became staff. His resume on past experiences are already good enough to show why he would be a good person in this position. The fact that he has been able to keep a clean record throughout all this time also amazes me (He 100% would go around doing "/me rapes you" if he did not treat the server seriously) but it also puts onto display his furthered confidence and knowledge of rules and him wanting to keep his stance in the community perfect. He cares about the server, remaining IC, and he avoids OOC drama. Yes I have been gone from the server for months but I highly doubt he has done anything harming enough to warrant a denial unless I haven't been told anything correct

-1. I don't see this player as someone who would handle situations based off of respecting the server rules; rather I've seen this player minge a majority of the time. It doesn't seem befitting to the community as a whole in my opinion.

First things first, lets get this out of the way. Escalation is cool yippiee!!! and war is coming or whatever the fuck is happening on the server right now. Slight problem is that everyone was advised that during this time of conflict, you should be remaining on your main characters during any sort of escalation related things. IXCrazy, known mass mugger and known for his mugging characters, was not on his main character, thats weird ey? But then if you look at the other people "involved" (only one other person was involved technically, the guy with the gun at the backdoor) are all on their main characters wowwww!!!! Weird.... Also a little weird how metagame accusations are being thrown by IXCrazy here, yet, the guy who baits the theft of the item, then running to the back room, has zero voice comms whatsoever. The only person who spoke in this entire situation is the guy who is on an alt character, mugging someone who is directly involved in the conflict going on the server right now. So, it is safe to say IXCrazy orchestrated this thing, and did it fully on his own volition. Crazy says "Can I try that on" (maybe a codeword he understood? idk), then black man runs up, steals it, sits in the back with the chance to run, so clearly a set up right duhhh, but he doesn't say a singular word, nor does the mugging party say a word to the black man. Now that I read, . Crazy here says he directly has orders to mug. Which is okay to do, but on an alternate character during a conflict.... Oh thank god though, they took IC photos to justify the loophole during a conflict (you're stupid). Back to some points, There are several ways you may initiate a mugging, the following actions can be considered initiation of a mugging: - Attempting to Zip tie someone [Does not apply if you BAIT people into tying you by saying they may or by stealing their items, therefore forcing them to tie you to retrieve them.] - Holding someone at gunpoint with the intention of mugging them - Holding someone at gunpoint to pull them to a secluded location for a mugging - Holding someone at gunpoint and ordering them to drop cash / items Note that you must have a valid reason to place someone under FearRP (See FearRP rules), initiating a mugging is a valid reason to hold someone under fear RP. That being said, you may not avoid punishment of dying in a mugging by claiming you were only holding them at gunpoint and not mugging them; since that would then invalidate the fear rp reason and become fail RP, at which point you'd be subject to the same punishment as if you died in the mugging. "Holding someone at gunpoint with the intention of mugging them", yet, intention cannot be defined by someone else. If I say I'm going to feed a homeless person, you won't know that I want to feed a homeless person until I actually do said action of feeding that homeless person. nextttttt, "Holding someone at gunpoint and ordering them to drop cash / items", this ones a little vague but generally giving someone orders along the lines of "Stop moving or ill kill you" has always been accepted as a mug from my ex-staff perspective and literally any other staff can agree, but the problem here is Crazy says "Hands up hands up hands up" while looking at the black man, then turns around and starts saying it to me (who the fuck are you mugging? cause its not clear, black man never pulls out a gun, and other gun-man only pulls out the gun on safety and doesn't say a word), by the time im outside the backroom THEN Crazy says "get back here". POV right after Crazy says "drop it" not directed at anyone specifically (but we know he means his friend, the black guy who stole the item), gun looks to be on safety because you are SPRINTING LIKE AN IDIOT, I could not could not of known within 2 seconds that i was being mugged (by a gun on safety (My POV)), or if crazy was mugging the black man for stealing the item. TLDR: Crazy is a known mass mugger and known for his mugging characters He says in this thread, he was given orders to mug He was on an alternative character, while completing these orders to mug ^^ Crazy is sprinting, not giving a chance to understand whats happening (Is he mugging me, or the guy who just stole his suit??) Didn't even remotely bother closing the door or getting me to a more secluded area (No intent to mug, purely PK-hunting) (With other factors obviously, how fast he shot, the set-up plan is made for pking not mugging, why Crazy is sprinting to potentially hide his 'pointed gun' animation, etc....) Crazy is the only actual mugger here (Other gun was on safety the entire time, and no commands given) Black man is 100% metagaming considering not a singular word was said (no proof tho, so don't act on this) Re-enforce the whole "you must be on your main character during this conflict" ruling. Tell Crazy to stop fucking sprinting like a spastic during mugging because no one can see if you're pointing a gun at them or if its on safety.... PKs are not always clear cut and dry, there's a lot of factors and not every single one of them follows the rules, the only blatantly clear ones are VCWP (did you or did you not hit a cop), during this time of conflict and the large list of things that Crazy is doing wrong in this mug aren't that obvious, but they do still exist, and that's why we're all here today on this thread. during the time of conflict, and this mug being "ordered", then executed by an alternative character, this should be reverted. There are proper channels to PK other factions high commands or whoever you want to, and this, this is not it, this is a "I joined the server 5 minutes ago and want to mug to make easy money" method. Crazy has been playing for a while now and knows better.

the people who ended up cleaning the crime scene were both Underground Association members as they turned the body of the guy you killed into a gif. If UA is gonna investigate any meta gaming cops I dont think it'll be on our side. Edit after the fact: I was wrong turned out it was commission people just assumed cause of the pictures

I was apart of the mugging that caused your PK. may i add through seconds 30 to 33 you can hear you joining a discord call i find it strange that me being tasked with cleaning up the scene and the casings is troubled by two cops. Two cops that seem to have characters inside your faction may i also add they arrived before the body spawned Both trey reed and Isiah Borgen have altoviti Characters and they constantly where running in and out of the clothing store. Im gonna dummer this down You get killed at clothing store two cops in your faction show up after you join a discord VC that just sounds like blatant Metagaming. You screwed up going in the back room you screwed up not compiling you Severely screwed up telling ur friends in a discord VC. This is a message to UA in this Comment Please check the Logs of when these two cops Changed to there characters. Right before the mugging none of them where on there chars at all.. this image proves this

Lowkey silly Pizzle had no corralation towards this mug, We was given the order to mug you for the reason "Coming round to the deli, making fun of jews, mingeing on our property, not leaving when being told to leave and being a bitch" I would also like to add that this was a valid mug.
