You may attack Officers if they attempt to Arrest/Detain you or a member of your group, knowing that an arrest or detainment would lead to a FELONY charge (Having illegal guns/drugs/etc.) You are PK active after shooting/killing an officer. -What is considered an attempt to arrest / detain you: Attempting to handcuff you Verbally telling you, you are being detained / arrested ("You are being detained", "You are under arrest") Firing their tazer at you Pointing their gun at you and ordering you to surrender/stop moving/get down/turn around. (Fear RP basically) (Telling you to LEAVE is not an arrest/detainment) Asking you for ID / Licenses is NOT a detainment / arrest; nor is simply questioning you, giving you a lawful order or threatening to arrest you. ("Leave or you will be arrested") (etc.) 15. In the same vein there are still times when you can't shoot police and it would be considered RDM. You may not KOS Police for no reason. They must be specifically targeting you or a faction member for arrest/takedown. You may not kill Officers for simply pulling you over or writing you a traffic citation. You may not kill Officers for giving you a lawful order. (Leave the area, put that away, Identify yourself, etc) What I mentioned above is Rule 16/15 of the Killing Rules. The officer couldn't be killed at that point because he was only asking you for your ID. Asking for ID by itself isn't a detainment or arrest under the rule. He was trying to identify you, nothing more at that point. If he had asked you to take off the protective equipment and then said you'd be arrested if you refused, that's where things would be different. At that point, you could either comply with him or try to get out of the arrest by taking the officer out. The order of events should've been pretty simple: Officer asks for ID → You give your ID → Officer sees you're a felon → Officer warns you about the protective equipment and threatens arrest → You either comply or try to escape the arrest. You can't really skip straight from being asked for ID to treating it as an active arrest/detainment. Rule 16/15 only comes into play once the officer actually attempts to arrest or detain you. As for the 24-hour ban, you've already had two previous POs from other Staff Members. This is your first actual ban, so I didn't think a long ban was necessary, but with the previous POs in mind. Because of that, I felt 24 hours was the fair middle ground for the situation.

We also just confirmed this all went down just before server restart, could that have something to do with why I was able to own a house owned by police? is it like darkrp where you have policeKeys or doorGroup = "Police"). so cool thing is that house isn't rentable and the PD has the keys to it so we literally just walk straight in, while the game is telling him he owns it. another cool thing is you are not directly related to the situation and are not allowed to comment on this.

i think the issue is the game allowed me to own a house that police own too for some reason which is how they opened the door with keys after i locked the house the admins in the sit said that it is a drug sting house which is maybe where the bug happened that allowed me to press F2 and rent the house

Yeah i agree the whole situation happened because i was able to buy a door in a house owned by police for $10 - you and Ram unlock the door on the clip from what i see in the video you sent me xD If you guys are happy to make it an arrest or drug sting because thats what was intended then i am happy for that to be the case I'm sure you saw how confused i was in the admin sit because I owned a house and I have 2 cops open the house with keys and raid me lmao In the admin sit you said that he wanted to fuck with me, but obviously you didnt know that he PKd my original character and also killed me on another instance where i had to show admin 4Lights that it was a random killing i was un armed and crouching in a corner as a fight was going on it's been an ongoing thing with this guy unfortunately Appreciate your help regardless you are a nice dude it just all happened so fast and there was so many unintended game mechanics that caused all of this

You do know you can own a house temporarily called "renting" if its not faction owned and able to buy its renting its a temp ownership to allow playback to do dodgy shit without needing to be in a faction etc

i was the PKing officer and i don't understand how from your perspective the game let you own the doors when that house is government property or whatever it is. i think that if that hadn't happened this whole situation would not have happened as the only reason we went into that house is because we are allowed to. Also i did not say that Whitfield had a "hardon" for you i was just saying that i didn't know why he pulled you over for your smoking car.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Ticket 11690 on discord has multiple clips and conversation about what happened but to summarise i was in a house I owned on the game (apparently this isn't the case for some reason even though i paid $10 to own the door so apparently some bug happened?) I go inside when there are 10 players online and start processing stuff and i hear footsteps so i think i'm getting raided. I open fire, it turns out there is two cops there not a raid so i start screaming "I surrender" because I already got PKd by the same guy when i initially joined the server. Apparently due to the noise suppression they didn't hear that and killed me. Right before this i had like 700 ping spikes when i drove to the house. I was under the impression i had locked the door and owned the property. The other cop on the scene "Leone Abbacchio" said that the detective "Ram Whitefield" had a hardon for me and kept trying to get me in trouble after this happened in the admin sit the day after. - Reminder that he already PKd me on my first day on the server + he tried to PK me again but it was denied when i showed a clip that i never fired at police or did anything wrong. I am new to the server, enjoying my time and this has to be some sort of bug, i closed the front door and next thing i know i have two cops in my house. Is there a way to see logs of me buying the house / locking the door as the playback doesn't go to yesterdays gameplay anymore because i kept playing today. Hope we can clear up this misunderstanding so i don't have to restart again for the 3rd time because detective Ram Whitefield keeps following me (i play during aussie hours so theres always 40 people or less on and i guess he just targets new players because we don't understand the game... After the fact the day after i am in an admin sit and the admin refuses to join discord to watch on the steam viewer everything that happened and just PKs me instantly which is really fun. Evidence + video links show both perspectives maybe they would have tried to arrest me instead of killing me if they heard me surrendering but noise suppresion + latency made them not hear any of my voice comms. If this house's mechanic is that it is a sting house then I should just be jailed instead of killed but i'm so confused at how any of this even happened that i am lost for words.
