In the video, there is nothing coming over radio saying orders weren't approved, if you watched the video you'd see that. I took your word specifically saying he is active which is in the clip and acted accordingly. Since when were cops supposed to shoot a man for having an altercation? There was no attempt to arrest, nor did I harm the man in any way shape or form which is also in the clip. Maybe in the future you shouldn't give active orders without taking the proper steps beforehand...

i never intended to mug nor mentioned it. I had literally done it to a few people before and they were completely fine with it as it is just a magic trick. And if your server is gonna have all these unknown rules that will just ruin the fun for people maybe you should make an easier way for people to find them. And once again no one was mugged or attempted it.

I am the member of staff that oversaw both PKs. The Colombo one & yours. First of all, when I took the Colombo PK, I didn't check the screenshot properly. I glanced over it, saw the PK reason, and logged it. When I logged the PK, I noticed that whoever took the screenshot didn’t include the F3 of the person giving the orders, which is required. I then disabled the PK status of the guy involved in the Colombo hit, pulled one of your guys into a sit to tell him to redo your orders, and he radioed them in. As he did, Acqwon killed the guy who was awaiting orders. I then set the guy active again after receiving a proper screenshot of the orders. You found him at the park and gunned him down instantly, while Detective Martin Riggs was in the area. He then gunned you down right after. Maybe you should consider doing a safer mob hit and not killing people in front of cops in the future. I spoke to UA, who said I was okay to approve the PK on Acqwon.

This is not the place if you want to help on his PK appeal. Your acting tough for someone who has cried because you we're getting a felony.

Huge +1 for me He's very loved and respected by the PD . He's good at coming into situation's with a neutral headspace and is a great investigator from my experience, He also has respect for serious roleplay and I think those aspects would make him a great staff member!

Sorry to go on, the argument of a detective in uniform is pointless. Whoever told u that needs to learn to read. We can PK you unless we are undercover or off duty. Those are the only two situations where we cant PK you.

So i was the PK'ing cop, i asked for a clip after the PK cause i didnt have one. What is not mentioned is after the PK itself, we go over to the Colombo gun store when LogicNova proceeds to scream at us with OOC stuff saying its toasts fault. Additionally after you were killed from the short bit in the clip you was still radioing your faction was to the PK. The reason for the original attempt being invalid was due to the PK order/ screenshot not being correct, this was told to Logic by toast in a staff sit, it would of been logic's job to pass that information on to the other people he was working with. And in terms of the argument that i broke ROE of sorts, you just gunned a man down infront of my eyes. Tennessee V Gardner takes effect which means i can shoot you. In my opinion @Acqwon Matthewsits just a case of really bad timing and placement for you mate. No hard feelings against u. But Logic needs to grow up and stop crying.

YES A MAGIC TRICK NOT A MUGGING ATTEMPT. They had consented to the magic trick then killed me right after. Mugging was never in the picture or mentioned. So this is still a wrongful PK.

-1 TLDR: Keep jmooresy banned cake. Starting diverge I had jmz repeatedly shout abuse at me with no context of the rp of the server, later finding out that this guy was a staff member and was treating me like this in my first steps of the server could've pushed some people away so I'm glad I knew to ignore someone just dribbling hatred for no reason as after this and joining a faction that wasn't just shouting abuse at me. Further more I've had this guy show up to an apt in ghetto, switch to his staff char to see what was happening and then switch back to his main char. (What a lovely second meeting). During the conflict I had repeatedly again received abuse (including telling me to kill myself) from jmz but also from his cronies who were instructed to spout the same hatred that this insecure wee guy had spent months shouting at me. Finally moving on from my own bias and looking at the situation from a wider perspective, this is just me, I've talked to other people with similar experiences, these are the people who have stuck around, how many people has jmooresy bullied off the server before the got a chance to explore it? With the events that took place and in the lead up to the ban jmooresy was known to be a nuisance, but went over the line truly with the doxxing. To upload a ban appeal 6 days later stating to have changed, while hanging around in diverge general in my personal opinion shows a lack of growth and learning and more of a desperate plea and bargaining to try and claw his way back in without fully taking on the consequences of what he has done, without thinking about now others may feel about him being back, especially those who has harassed and ultimately doxxed, minor or not it's a complete arsehole move and I would be disappointed with the higher ups of the server if a ban was lifted so soon for behaviour that is hurting the servers player base at an ooc level. If you're reading to this point jmooresy, I do feel bad for you, I get you've spent a lot of time and money creating friendships and community on the server but I do think you need to reflect on how you make others feel before you open your mouth sometimes, not even as a staff member but as a player too, I have to give it to you recently you were becoming less cuntish but once again you've only got yourself to blame for the events that happened which lead us to your ban.

Hello, In the clip provided, it’s clear that while you may not have been the one to physically lockpick the door, you were actively involved in the raid. Involvement like this opens up the possibly for your character to be permanently killed in the event you die in the raid. And unfortunately for you, that happened to be outcome in this case. In the clip you are shown standing outside the door with a baseball bat, alongside a member of your faction (same person who lockpicked), and even shouted 'go go go' as the shooting began. These actions clearly indicate your participation in the raid.
