Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 5 Sentences Minimum.
What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *
My overall motivation for applying is my recurring desire to diverge after all that happens to me, either getting picked or banned; I always somehow come back. As I come back every time, I see how much staff truly changes, and I see how sometimes it’s good with tickets getting accepted in minutes while sometimes 10+ staff are on and they take 0 tickets and just rp on their main chars. I personally want to join the staff team due to my dedication to only my staff character, as I have no real RP characters, and I have been picked from most factions on the server. I want to help and support the server in which I had so much fun for the past 4 enjoyable years, even though a lot has happened. I want to fix my reputation and show myself as a dedicated member of the community once again and not as a minge and to help in any way I can, and that is by joining the staff team to help in any capacity.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *
I should be considered over other candidates for 2 major reasons. My first reason is my overall experience/knowledge of good mafia RP. I have been playing for a long time, and I know the community to a tee and what the player base is genuinely like, unlike other newer players. The 2nd reason I should be a candidate is my previous staff experiences diverge. I have been staffed over 3+ times, and every time I get better and better, I have experience in taking all sorts of tickets and have experience in every situation as either the staff member or the roleplayer. I can give knowledgeable information to all. Also, I am very nice and helpful to all, no matter what they know about me or if they like or dislike me.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long):
Diverge Networks Mafia rp 3x times
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?:
Yes a lot of times.
Now, I wouldn’t call myself perfect. No one is in GmodMafia RP, but I have a terrible / ruined track record. When I barely joined, I didn’t break the rules at all, barely getting 1 warning from 2021 to 2022, but after that, everything went downhill. I started minging and getting bans left and right, including a few permanent bans, but from Pendred allowing me to come back every time ( very thankful ), I try my hardest to stop and not get bans, but it still occurs like most players. But when I become staff, this would be the only thing I would do and, therefore, won’t get banned anymore.
I know, my bans and warns are really bad but pls give another change gangy!!
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: *
Yes, I have one of this community's most iconic / ruined reputations. Everyone knows me and knows who I am and what I have done (concerning bans and minging ). I would say when I play normally, and that 99% of the time, I truly believe I help with rping and try my best to act serious, but it's a game, and no one is truly an irl gangster, yk. But most players are divided in half regarding who I truly am. There are the players who like who I am due to my funny personality, and the other half who do not like me due to that same personality and take things a little too seriously. But most enjoy my presence.
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?:
My favorite moment on Diverge would be in early 2021 as a new player and roleplaying as an associate in prime diverge and having fun being in vc with og lucchese with 20+ players and being the best security guard in all of nyc by protecting imperial and doing drugs and such.
Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names:

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
Well, it depends. If it is prime time and other staff members are online during that moment, I would ask them if they can pull me to a sit so I can explain what happened and for them to make a staff sit. But if no one is online, such as during downtime or late at night, I would make the sit and not be biased and ask for second opinions from other staff members so as not to be prejudiced.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
Well, first, I wouldn't want to talk directly to the person but rather gather evidence of everything they are doing and put all this info on a Google doc, making it easy for UA to see and use. I wouldn't want to directly confront the person because if we are the same or equal rank, they wouldn't care what I would be saying, but if UA talks to them, then they will care.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?:
Well, It doesn't matter who it is; it could be my don, it could be my brother in the game, or it could be I know very well in the game; the person does not matter, and it won't affect my judgment in game or have any bias towards not doing my complete staff duties against them. Also, regarding the "you know that this person rarely does this when you play with him" comment, the player could be brand new, but if they are breaking the rules, I have to do everything in my power to enforce the rules to the best of my ability, but if they are brand new like first time playing I would be more willing to give warnings/notes than ban unless it was a horrible rule break such as mass rdm or something in that line.
