I do believe my previous actions warrant the permanent ban I received. However, I would like to formally apologize for my behavior on Diverge. I am sorry for breaking the rules of the server. I understand that leaving to avoid roleplay and having no intention to roleplay is against the rules, and I regret it. On top of receiving my ban, I proceeded to rejoin the server on my second Steam account, resulting in another permanent ban due to using an alternate account. If I were to receive an unban, I would like for you guys to know that I have looked over all of the server rules and I am willing to follow all listed rules to the best of my ability from here on out. A friend of mine, whom I met on a different server, takes Diverge seriously, and after him telling me what Mafia really is about, screensharing his gameplay, and meeting his friends from this server, it honestly made me have FOMO, and I really would like to have a second chance at playing. From what I’ve seen–Mafia gameplay-wise–it’s arguably the last fun/thriving server left on Garry’s Mod, and I genuinely would love to be able to actually roleplay on here and be a part of the community. Hello I'm commenting because I saw things that led up to the PK outside the Garrison. The hunting party had been camping the Garrison going in and out and looking at Akira he ended up sitting on the railing outside the Garrison pretending to be afk to stake out our business. He was told to leave the area and was killed. He was actively hunting one of our people who was pk active and was killed by one of our people before he shot his target so I'd like to make an argument that he should be PKd for that and Akira's should be null and void. You used your voice near the person you mug not long after with no mask on mins after the fact you mugged him then was id and followed to where you hid at garrison. I get what you saying, but what i dontt understand is this after i switched everything about myself, how did they even figure out i was the one who mugged them? it had been hours since the situation, and I was in a completely different fit with a whole different playermodel. On top of that, i never used voice chat at all so taking all that into account, i really dont get how they managed to identify me IC

I'm the staff member who unknowingly took the RDM ticket of the person who PK'ed Akira. In the clip I was provided, the person was sitting on the dupe of The Garrison, was asked to leave both in chat and in voice multiple times and was killed after he didn't respond. I opted to refund the person his firearm due to him being AFK at the time of his killing but opted not to punish the attacker. I was also present in the sit where he asked Shauning questions regarding his PK as there were no UA to take the in-game ticket at the time. While it won't be appropiate for me to comment on the overall situation, due to me being stafflocked I had the time to fly around for hours and saw a considerable amount of Russian people standing out of The Garrison.

Hi. I am the member of staff who dealt with this PK. You mugged a Popov, the guy made a ticket asking about some info if it was legit or mugging chars. After confirming that it was a legit mug the guy asked about getting a revenge kill. I explained to him that he would need to ID the person that mugged him, when he walked past the Garrison he saw you. You still had the grey/white hair male09 model, with a gas mask on and a black bandanna on. What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Here’s what happened: I mugged a Russian dude who was standing alone near the nightclub at night. While I was mugging him, my playermodel was an old guy with a beard and glasses, and I had both an oxygen mask and another mask on that made me show up as a masked individual. After the incident, I stayed hidden inside Imperial for about 20 minutes. Then I went to Urban Outfitters and changed everything: my playermodel, beard, glasses, oxygen mask, even my description. I completely switched identities. After that, I stayed hidden in Garrison for a long time. I even opened a ticket and explained the whole situation to Shauningt, asked a bunch of questions about mugging. You can see the questions I asked and the answers I got in the screenshots below. After the ticket, everything seemed normal to me. Then there was this guy, very obviously Russian, waiting in front of our shop. I’m not exaggerating, he stayed there for about 3 hours. My faction member friend warned him multiple times to leave the property, but he didn’t respond (he later claims he was AFK). Eventually one of my employees shot and killed him. About 15 minutes later, he came back and PK'ed me. What I don’t understand is this: it had been 3 hours since the incident, and I had completely changed my appearance; face, clothes, description, even playermodel. So how and why did I get PK’d? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I'm rather new to this server (about 5hrs) and I've been following my friend around who's been helping me. I've read over the rules a couple times since I've joined and it's hard to memorize everything there's a lot of info so I wasn't aware that I'd get my character PKd for this otherwise I would've stayed up until the situation was over. Last night we planned to rob an apartment building... I know it's in my ignorance to not re-read over the rules prior but I trusted my friend. We broke into one apartment that had two people AFK shortly after searching the containers the door closed behind me and my buddy dipped. I had no lockpicks on me and no way out. It was late at night and I couldn't wait around so after that failure of a robbery and with my friends confirmation that I'd be okay to just log, I logged out. A day later I come back to see if I can get out any other way and I find out that my character has been banned, no warning, no nothing. I won't make the mistake of doing something like this again and would really appreciate a second chance. I've had a good time on this server so far and would hate to cut it short just because I'm still learning the ropes.
