I think you took this the wrong way. It's not "Oh, he's active, so he's a detective." It's more on the side of "Oh wow, this guy is acting weird/doing things in game that can be associated with an UC" rather than them sitting in Discord never allowing you to discover them.

Im not gonna sit here and say that it was not my fault that it happened, i am simply asking for a moment where you put yourself into the shoes of someone who was lagging really bad, im sure you remember when you would lag when you played games and how it affected your ability to play the game and compete with others, i just want a chance to prove it was not intentional because i would not risk a character i spent countless hours grinding on to be PK over something as little as lag

I usually sit at under 75 there is a storm outside my house which may have been a factor or the fact that the entire server is lagging, i had to leave the server earlier due to being stuck inside the same car with no ability to talk or move, my car was also stuck under the other and if i had gotten out of the car i would have been squished by said car, and as i was backing out i was killed, he also started shooting as i was pulling out from under the car so i did not have any chance to talk it out

Hey, Admin here who handled your PK! Your reason was VCWP (Violent Confrontation With Police) The VCWP rule states, "Initiating a shootout or violent confrontation with Police can lead to a PK. Killing or attacking an Officer after initiating a violent confrontation leaves you PK active from officers for about 15 minutes. Generally we want people to not immediately go for the gun when dealing with Police, as a result if you escalate a situation to a shootout and lose you can be punished via PK as your character was killed. This does not apply if it is the Police that fired first or escalated to a shootout." I'm unsure if you misread the rule, but it doesn't specifically state that a shootout is the only reason; a violent confrontation (in this instance, hitting an officer and a civilian with your car) was a PK'able action. If you had stopped the car to talk and not attempted to drive off, your character would not have died. In the clip I was provided (The same one you provided above), you run the group over, then reverse, and perform what seems like an attempt to flee. Along with this, you even seemed to accelerate before hitting the group. I understand you may have been lagging, but in the sit, you had no proof or clip of you lagging in the car, only saying you could provide me one of you lagging in the sit itself. I even went as far as pulling the police officer in question (at your request) to see if he'd maybe like to just go ahead with a proper RP scenario (like arresting you or something), but he wasn't interested. I even got a second opinion from @DopeAsRoe. With the facts provided to me and your lack of proof of lag, I felt comfortable PK'ing your character. I wish you luck in your appeal. Please clip any potential lag that results in a death or RP scenario in the future. You were also at 126 ping during the sit which... is pretty standard.

A car accident should not be considering a PK but as you can see in this clip https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/lekILb7ctwWwTPx24?invite=cr-MSx0QlAsMTcxMDE5MDQ1 I hit the cops car around the 7 second mark due to lag of the server and thought i was gonna be pulled over so i turned around and while still lagging as you can see at 23 second mark i am swerving in tunnel due to lag trying to not hit anything which i still hit the side of the tunnel and then ran into a red car that in turn hit a police officer, my car is stuck under the red car so i try to reverse out and i am swiftly killed by the other cop. I believe this PK should be reversed due to the fact i had little control over the lag happening to the server or myself and a car accident should not precedent a violent confrontation. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

Created a forum account after neglecting to do so for some time now, just to add my 2 cents. The server has indeed been shitting it's bricks all day, constant exact scenarios as the one clipped here. Might as well ban everyone driving during these spikes, I've walked got stuck in place and ended up across the map due to this many of times today. People have been complaining about it in advert/rumour since 10am est. +1

I was the one who got pulled over by the cops; this wasn't the same guy who was hitting our cars. Or at least I don't think it is. I was also recruiting people at that 14-minute mark and I do believe there was a pretty hefty Lag spike. +1

Monger char I have my main char then 1 other char witch I actively get oil on have a GL ect how is that a minge car crazy how you never got lag as the whole server was complaining about it in advertisement as well u can also see it in the video? And cops saying I vdmed them? U never even brought this up I hit one cop aka detective Lorenzo after he shot me? Which if you took the time to look in logs you would have saw? A few notes bruh I been here since early 24- late 23 somewhere around there I don’t doubt I have a few notes shit happens but you openly saying you can’t see the lag in the video is absurd. I’ll enjoy my 3 day vacation when it’s a justified ban

Hello banning admin here, The reason I banned you is because you ran over the guy on the sidewalk and basically VDMed him on what seems to be a minge char. I did not experience any lags or such at the time so I'm not sure if it was only you but you've got a few notes there for VDMs, and also some cops were saying that you VDMed them as well (not the reason why you got banned, it was the initial VDM on the sidewalk). I feel like that ban was justified due to your past offenses/bans, and the fact that you're on a minge char VDMing people. My advice, if your appeal gets accepted, is to be more careful and at some point avoid driving if you're lagging 'all day' cause these things happen.
