Your pet flags will be staying blacklisted as you have a multitude of notes within a short time frame and show no real drive to improve your usage of the privilege, therefore we are denying that part of this appeal. 2. We are accepting your appeal for character creation rights back, but this will need to come with some clarification on our expectations from you moving forward. We are giving this privilege back to you so you may make real, thought out, and meaningful characters that are a good addition to the server, not so you may make several characters with ridiculous names that provide nothing but headaches and end up dead soon after creation. I advise you adhere to what i'm telling you, or you will be blacklisted again and will not have a chance for redemption.

Hello there Pking Admin! as you can see in the clip you were attempting to flee from police when they shot out your tire. Instead of you continuing to flee you picked up an officer and attempted to kill him by body slamming him into the car. You were actively involved in a VCWP and lost. Furthermore in this clip you actively admit to being in a discord VC which could be considered metagaming. I will attach the clip of the officers POV as well. In addition to the /911 command you can now dial 911 which will ring a phone at the PD. Why do we need this in diverge? Those that get stuck with desk duty in PD now have to act as a 911 operator that will answer 911 calls and direct units to the call. The /911 command has no roleplay to it and being able to actually call the cops and speak to an officer would be really funny.

Hey Buddy, I was the one who placed the orders on you and you might think it’s unjust or not valid but you’ve only paid 2 kickups in the 2 months you were in my faction (July 3rd and July 22nd) our capos have weekly annoucements for kickups and there shouldn’t be any reason you aren’t aware of said kickups. I let you slide the 2 first 2 weeks but then you didn’t pay this weekend so in result you died. You were also very suspicious and we believed you were a rat.
