I put stress on myself, caused me to lack a lot in all three of my responsibilities had time to reflect on my past actions, now that i am no longer any of those three things, I've noticed I have more free time then before. but cutting too the chase, I'm back more knowledgeable and more experienced then ever, and also more motivated. * Why should you be considered over other candidates?: No real reason, I have experience on this server, i have both good and bad moments which refine me as both a person and player, I feel i have a fairly untainted reputation, I also haven't been around In a while, i am unbiased and have a clear perspective, I have no personal disliking to anyone in the server, cause very little to no drama with anyone and always treat people properly. * Do you have any previous staffing experience? What do you do?:, Inform a higher rank of my concerns, if i see them do something clip in and extend said concerns farther A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: This would constitute bias I would inform other staff members online that i can't take the ticket because of the bias nature, I wouldn't get involved beyond that, if he's innocent then no punishment will occur, if he is found guilty proper punishment will be handed out ---------------------------------------------------------
