Hello Lessrecoil, After discussing and checking your prior notes I've decided it's to soon to grant your petflags back, you received in total 3 notes in a span of 22 days regarding misuse of props. To me the flipping on this vehicle was clearly intentional before that, you were spawning a reflective darkrp looking box to process out in the open. Just because no one is inside a vehicle doesnt grant you to flip it. Whilst usually admins should bring you if you did something wrong like that so you can reflect on your actions, however to me these were simple rules stated in the server rules. Your flag appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this blacklist to be reasonable and/or justified. Ensure you have read our Server Rules.

so abusing alt f4 actually just fucks over everyone its not just some scape goat to do anything you want and get away with it, it ruins all of the rp it ruins people trying to have fun interacting with you it just fucking ruins the game -1

I thought about my decisions and I regreted them I was not a troll but I did break the rules. At the time I was immature and didnt think about my actions. I love the community and time I had on the server and as I got older I thought about my actions and took a break for a while. I understand if I dont get appealed for my actions but now I have matured and been wanting too return and take it serious. If I can get 1 more chance I will not disappoint.

I feel like you are stalking my appeal because I -1'd yours Jmoorsey didn't even comment that, Handsome took that off of another appeal or just edited it and I can assure you that I never had an interaction with you. I only know who you are because you have been blacklisted from multiple factions and you made the rape list. Your response to my appeal wasn't made with much backing or thought behind it neither, can you please describe specific moments you witnessed first hand were I would kill random people and make it unfair for other people to play aside from mentioning the public clips that I willingly posted on medal and shared on this discussion? I am not challenging staff or any member of this community to respond to this question I am asking Snorky to back himself up on his claims because this response was most likely done from me -1'ing his appeal.

I understand that there were witnesses and everything you are saying is true, but I didn't fling it, I gently lifted the front end of the truck and flipped it, with no one inside, while it was on fire. I didn't hurt anyone, nor was I intending to. I understand it was against the rules and I won't do it again, but I would like to get my flags back if possible. As far as my previous warnings, I don't have any reliable memory of ever getting pulled to a sit for PET flag abuse so not saying it didn't happen, but I wasn't aware that I had been previously warned for it and it won't happen again.

I took your PET flags because you have 2 prior notes, both within a month. I was typing extremely fast and hit 3 instead of 2, my apologies. Regardless, it was in the car dealer, with plenty of people to witness your abuse. You walked up to the car with a cinder block, pushed it under, and flung it upwards. It's blatant abuse of your PET flags. Combined with that and your two previous warnings, I took your flags.
