+1 I have known them for a long time, and even though our relationship hasn’t always been perfect, I cannot overlook how they have consistently tried to help me and contributed to my understanding of right and wrong. I believe that sharing this quality with other players would benefit the server and set a positive example, which is why I am giving a +1.

That alone already says quite a lot about your level of maturity. At the end of the day, you’re still just a high school student, and from what I’ve observed, you seem to spend more time mocking other players and getting involved in pointless arguments than actually contributing anything meaningful to the community. On top of that, asking your friends or people around you to support your application with +1s doesn’t exactly make you look any more credible. If anything, it only reinforces the impression that you’re more interested in attention and validation than in actually taking responsibility. Because of this, I genuinely don’t think someone with your current level of maturity is suitable for a staff position. A staff member is expected to represent fairness, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm and respectful even in difficult situations. And to be completely honest, I highly doubt that a server like Diverge Networks, which aims to maintain a certain level of quality and professionalism, would seriously consider adding someone to their staff team who constantly looks for opportunities to be toxic and mock other players instead of helping maintain a healthy community environment. +1 I have witnessed several more times actions that show this person does roleplay and cares about the server, and I know how valuable this character is to him. I think it’s a ridiculous ban because the staff dislike people who mug others, since it’s obvious that his character is not a mugging-type character.

I can see how being an avid mugger could be breaking the rules if that's the only thing I do in the server. But it's pretty clear and people have even said it on this appeal. I run the gunstore, sell guns, grind, and hire as many people as I can as of now. Just because I mug frequently doesn't mean mugging is all I do. Who cares if I mug someone every now and then? I'm risking the character that I've been grinding on and had for the past 2 years. It seems like if mugging is this much of a problem, even when done correctly, it shouldn't be in the server.

How can you promise not to do something and then carry on doing the same thing you promised not to do? @Cam said it clearly, mugging is an addiction you can't kick. Might as well pay Pendred for an unban at this point.

Anyways like Hans said HC and I had been talking to Hans trying to encourage him to do more than just mugging and he became one of our top recruiters and most active members filling in the gaps left by less active members. Not saying bro was perfect I did have to talk to him alot about his mugging habits but he genuinely made an effort to recruit order oil and contribute to deals and pay his kickups. Obviously the ultimate decision comes down to upper staff but imo I think its a stretch to say its a mugging char based off of what I saw from bro and our sale records and training logs. Overall sure his rp wasnt 10/10 but he did genuinely make an effort to make sure he was abiding by server rules and for the most part faction rules as well people are upset bc they got mugged and lost their shit which I get but idk to be crashing out and tweaking bc you were in a red zone without a gun out is kinda silly imo so idk overall he was making a solid effort so its a +1 from me

+1 he's been a very apparent member of diverge and bro is chill asf lowkey I don't see him being a "mugging char". Some people have different kinds of fun while RPing, in this case there's a fine line what kind of roleplayer that has a character mugging for FearRP and a roleplayer who just mugs completely. From what I've seen of him he's in the garrison, selling Guns or hiring. And outside of that he's actively talking to people and making RP scenarios :]
