Hello, I am the police officer who submitted the request to have your character permanently killed. To start off the bat: at no point did I take any action that would signify that I was "messing" with you or making any OOC jokes. My character observed you pull out a weapon outside the Police Department. Being a police officer, I approached you and gave you a lawful order to present your identification, to which you responded with "you already have it." I should also point out that at no point did I hear or see you give me your character's name. To say that you walked away is disingenuous. You stopped responding to my continued requests for me to see your identification and turned around to run. It was at this point I made multiple attempts to stop you while tasing you, running all the way from the street across from the Police Department all the way through City Hall and down to Little Israel (the gap/alleyway area). At multiple times, I, with no mention of this being a joke or somehow "OOC," gave you the order to stop moving and to "get on the ground now," to which you responded with, "No, I'm not." When you say I tased you and let you go, that was simply a mistake--I accidentally reloaded once hitting you with the prongs. This was not an attempt to be funny or let you go. After which, you pulled out your submachine gun and started shooting at me. I returned fire. At no point did I say I was "fucking with you" nor at any point before or after did I say I was treating it out of character in any way shape or form. However, if you saw the situation differently, I am not particularly against your appeal being accepted.

Hi man! I was the one who approved of your PK. The clip that was provided to me was him saying "You will identify yourself to me" and him chasing you with a taser. He attempted to tase you multiple times, finally got you with 1 taser, but reloaded it instantly. After he was close to finishing reloading the taser you pulled your gun out and started spraying him with your gun getting him low, but he had quicker reflexes and killed you. Tasing is not "bodily harm," you can shoot but there is a risk (PK) like what you did. Overall, he was trying to tase you and you ran, he got the taser on you but accidentally reloaded, and then you decided to shoot! You shooting caused your death.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: from my understanding the officer recognized me on a diff char and started messing with me after seeing me pull a gun on someone trying to mug me in front of PD. when he started talking he asked for ID, I provided it and it apparently didnt go through as he claimed he didn't have my name, I put my name in chat and he kept asking. I assumed he was just messing with me so I walked away that's when he chased me and started trying to taze me, I kept ignoring and blocking because again I assumed he was fucking with me and we kept going till we got back to where I worked and he tased me, let me go, and then tried again. I saw it as bodily harm and pulled my gun out and started to defend myself to get him to leave me along and was gunned down. I tried to ask him why he did all that and he said it started as him fucking with me than he was actually not getting my ID and then went to actually arrest me and that was where my confusion was. If I knew he was done fucking with me and was actually trying to RP I would have complied. afterwords I was on the character for a couple more hours doing more work, helping with other interactions and just Rping. I went to sleep 4 hours later with no contact from any staff asking about the incident or asking for my point of view. I log back on the next day, 14 hours later and I had just been Pked and was unable to get on the Character. no contact in game or through my discord asking for my point of view or anything. it was my understanding the situation was OOC and he was just messing with me after watching someone try to attack and mug me with a knife in front of PD. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: none of my clips go far back enough so I have none. Im at the mercy of staff and the officer because It was my confusion that I thought the situation was OOC.

Guess i never said it here but the mansion AREA (strip that leads up to it and mansion itself) can be rehauled into a "industrial" block it doesnt need to be pretty could be literally anything lower end like townhouses, factory buildings, convenience/liquor stores OR could be a "Wallstreet" like block with professional buildings / luxury restaurants a potential mini world corp to make the world corp slaves shut up OR another urban area more clubs / bars / entertainment like a block LITERALLY the ideas and potential over there is insane (now this is in theory as well of HOW MUCH the area can fit truly) obviously nothing happens overnight a new area of properties could really shake up things for new coming factions or existing ones to move elsewhere changing up the environment also this would provide just more general stuff in the northern end of the map as it is imo incredibly dead no reason to go over there unless you’re one of the few that has to own a property there this change would be benefiting all nearby buildings to continue RP to the area (7/12, gun store thats never used but can be with this change adding relevance, warehouse, laundromat, etc) overall would be a major update / upgrade to the northern side the mansion could be "under utilized" but there's realistically only so much you can do after you use it a few times, obviously a little bit more you could do BUT its owned by the government which never uses it and when you rent it youre under government watch and limited to what you can use the building for overall theres just way more to gain and benefit the entire community with something the people can utilize and move around not a fat chunk just sitting there (its pretty much the old maps harbor warehouse that was in the far corner just sitting there the gov mansion corner/area is a ghost town.)

I agree and disagree at the same time because yes it was used as a suicide building but I think it should be used for more than that instead of just mugging dealing drugs or suicide it could become a government building or just something that's used in genuine RP

Another great gang ruined by another lazy faction idea. AI quality generic backstory/description, literally carbon copy roleplay suggestions of going out to eat, etc. this feels like an actual joke. SoS already struggles to fit this niche. You haven’t shown us you and your 9 friends can do any better with the concept of bringing MCs to the City.

Regarding the mansion, I’ve pitched in my suggestions of what COULD be done potentially with the area but I’m not completely against its existence. And on that note, specifically, being UNDERUTILIZED is not the same as being useless.

Hello, 4Lights pretty much summed it up quite well and quoted the relevant rules Your intentions of shooting the officer are quite apparent. The attempt was made, therefore starting a violent confrontation with police in which you died in. Per the rules this is ground for a PK. Additionally to your point of the officer maybe making an attempt to arrest you, if it there was loads of times between you pulling the weapon and the trigger, and him shooting you, I would be a bit more sympathetic towards this. Though, he reacted nearly instantly basically starting to shoot just as you began putting away your weapon. To him you were still an active threat with intentions of killing him.
