This is stupid Senior Plus/UA should be the most trusted to be in government positions and either way your claims of bias in the government due to escalation is stupid. Every department will have someone in an alliance that your in and against and at the end of the day you can say Adam’s bias and he’s one of the main problems but I strongly disagree I’m in a different alliance and a different government department and I have never received any form of bias from him. From what it looks like a department denied an idea of yours or didn’t let you in and you are upset no need to make a delusional rant on the forums.

Anyone with senior admin+ needs to be restricted to government positions. If these recent wars and conflicts have shown anything is that the admins on the server as quite literally the opps. They do anything and everything for their shitty factions to make sure the normal playerbase is at a disadvantage. So make them choose: Make decisions for the server or Play as an Italian, The staff Bias in upper staff decisions has been going crazy, from PK's to Escalation, it's all shit. The server is gonna lose quite a few players if this shit persists, ain't no one wanna play against dudes who can just decide you're faction needs to be culled.

When I was a Senior Administrator, we had Miami RP where Schedule I (Hehe, Schedule One...) narcotics were a literal death sentence, amazing faction conflicts with RP consequences, and fun vibes all around. With what Bacon said and the other appeal for the same situation being denied, this will have to be denied. To reiterate, with this escalation, both sides were made clear of the rules and which buildings were the safe houses which, if raided, could lead to a PK. You guys knew you weren't meant to have keys to the property and abused the broken keys instead of reporting it, you clearly planned the whole thing in order to start a shootout. So with you technically breaking into a safehouse in order to start a shootout, we would consider this a raid, meaning the PK is valid.

Sorry for the reply taking so long, but with this, they gave you ample warning that there was no way you couldn't hear them telling you to stand still and that it was a mug, hard to say but from what I can see you did look at the guy who had his gun out. There isn't enough evidence of metagame for it to be overruled either. From what I can see in the clip he could have just slipped up and not pressed his talk bind as he did still repeat himself with his talk bind pressed. So with all this I see no reason to overturn the PK.
