Shoot first. Simple as. If they're incapacitated they can't shoot you. The downside is for most of these you have to be fairly close to the other person, some of it is more to slow them down, etc. Even on the police side there aren't a lot of non lethal options.

He was stream sniped by a bias admin. I was watching his stream. He only done NITRP. No Prop Climg. I would advise a 12 hour reduction.

That's the point it isn't doesn't kill them. The intent is to slow, knock over, stun, incapacitate, etc.

I understand your concern and appreciate the input but let's be real. Digging up an almost month-old feedback post when I've spent over a week inside the game since then is not fair. I may not be HC-level but I know ALOT more since then and have experienced tons. Imagine playing for 3 weeks and out of that 1 week+ of your time is inside the game trying to get into the politics on one side while climbing the ranks to a supervisor role within PD on the other. All that while not wasting a SECOND minging or doing anything other than playing the game the way it is supposed to be played and enjoyed. As I was advised by many before. So please don't confuse time with understanding, because I've used my time correctly and exposed myself to things that actually matter. Some people sit on this server for months and still know the basics or just afk/minge around. Staff need a general understanding of the game and how it works, yes, but most importantly, they need to know the rules, enforce them, be helpful, stay unbiased, and actually care for the experience of players. I have tons of experience as staff on GMOD which I know can contribute alot to this community. Also you can always learn and grow in your role as you go.

Hasnt even been a whole month since you posted this and i know very well you cannot experience the server in such a short time (politics, rp experience, how the server even plays out etc) i feel staff should be harder to obtain and for those with undeniable knowledge and experience goodluck tho -1 personally

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Well first of all it wasn't a raid i never initiated a raid or posed a threat of any kind I was following hades and he said we had keys and i followed him inside too see if they worked in the clip i didn't even try them till they came inside i had no intention of raiding and got lead into a bad situation and only one guy saw us enter and didn't say a word we never left the lobby and went nowhere else and never pulled out a single weapon again posing no threat at all (not initiating a raid) or forcing our way in A robbery is defined as forcing your way onto a property with the intention of burglary or theft (or just to gain access, can be considered a raid), lockpicking a door open or barging in with weapons while there are occupants inside or when the occupants step out. Squatting on a property is not considered a robbery the definition of force is "coercion or compulsion, especially with the use or threat of violence." we used none of this we literally had free reign to access this property just seems like the rules are getting twisted. It would make no sense to add all of these when most of them don’t do anything. If you shoot somebody with a pepper ball or a bean bag you can’t expect it to be lethal, if you shot somebody with one they would most likely have an actual gun and just shoot you.
