If I recall correctly, Mass RDM'ed, disconnected in the sit, basically didn't care, then posted a video of the Mass RDM bragging about it in one of the discords, so the clear lack of remorse / intentional MRDM led to a perma. What's different?

allow factions to kill ppl for any reason they want

I’ve ordered a lot of pks, and Ive gotten a lot of orders to pk people. 99% of the time it’s because of bringing unwanted attention/heat and breaking the faction rules. If it’s a new player to the server, it’s either they don’t take anything seriously or they’re just getting used to how things work and too many mistakes will lead to their death. Which is retarded. Previously, if you put dons orders on someone and it was a mistake, then you as a faction leader will suffer- your people won’t trust your judgment as well, and you may have lost a valuable member. They shouldn’t just get to come or even worse- have a fresh start somewhere else on the same character loaded with money, drugs, custom clothing/cars that you otherwise wouldn’t have. Fuck em who gives a shit- if they were that important then they wouldn’t get pkd So the person stands there for 30 minutes, gets 10K, a custom car, (in some cases a weapon and customer clothing)… so he gets fired and does it to every other business… ends up with like 100K and 7 custom cars lmfao… yeah no. Kill the bastard. Nigga what? No one is running around being pk hungry wanting to kill their own new hires. The faction would never grow. -
im better

You were not perma banned for VDM... but if you care to speak to the real reason for the peram as highlighted here....
-
Not to mention they already have the whitelist vehicle(s) from said faction, why be able to walk away from a crime family with their signature vehicle? Simply unwhitelisting the retards doesn’t get rid of loose ends, if anything it makes them more untouchable. If we wanted to kill them before they touched drugs why would we voluntarily give them more “IC knowledge” of our family’s connection to the underground world?

yes but were not just gonna go around the city just cleaning up random messes if you go around right now there is blood, chalk lines in so many spots blood spills from SOOO LONG AGO yeah they have clean up crews for their own independent killings but just casually cleaning things they haven't caused? no Even still i dont know the legality of cleaning a scene thats old, could be illegal ICly and this change could add towards citizen role with a new job role to manage these cleanings potentially simple answer could be PD cleaning up the scenes after theyre done with them or finds them

wait, then what is the prompt for then? might as well pay for his college and into his 401k is this actually a bad thing? 95% of them are denied anyway instead of exerting a power that should be authorized as a faction leader (who doesnt want a person in their faction), instead allow for (insert shitbag here) to play an ooc system and have contractually no real way to get PK'd? at best its a guy doing bare minimum weekly, at worst you've found the perfect loophole for rats to try and make PD more powerful by having immunity they'll happily bring to staff every day of the week if their con isn't convincing -

if i want to kill someone as a mob boss i should be able to kill him obviously there needs to be a valid reason, however him being on my whitelist should be reason enough. who cares if hes touched drugs, hes affiliated himself with my ILLEGAL CRIME FAMILY by joining the faction

allow factions to kill ppl for any reason they want

problem is like, there are already rules about pks yk, you need a *semi good* reason, cant just be something simple like "bringing heat" or "breaking faction rules" if it ever IS, I highly encourage anyone to appeal, but most people don't, so everyone thinks it's just super easy. While yes, it prompts you with a warning screen when entering a crime faction, server rules kind of contradict it by saying you cant kill someone who hasn't participated or involved themselves with crime, and if it's anything beyond touching that faction's racket, you need evidence (fleeing from police, selling guns, etc). Killing anyone for any reason would be cool, but it would remove like 95% of all character appeals. Plus, what benefit do you gain by killing someone who has no knowledge of crime? You're basically taking a guy off the streets, "training" him and giving him money, then deciding you wanna kill him, Are you guys just PK hungry, or are you sociopaths lmao. If you really wanna kill someone, just tell him not to touch drugs under any circumstances (and hope he doesnt listen) or get him to disrespect you in some way idk. -

Attachments are disappearing from my weapons
CobraKaiChampion replied to CobraKaiChampion's topic in Bugs
Ill have to try that next time it happens. I will say that I went and bought all the attachments again and then at some point my old ones randomly appeared in my inventory -
Im skeptical to this, as the other day I spoke to the Takahashi don about this concept. At no point did he mention it's already a thing. He also laughed and agreed how blood is leftover for days after and agreed it would be a good idea. Also never ever seen this put in practice in the city from any faction.

The irl mobs didnt have to worry about a slight chance the person they were killing might die and come back alive once chopped up into pieces
