Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: 1. Martin Riggs "The person who killed me" used OOC terminology In character. (Clip1) ■ Using OOC means of communication to perform a PK will invalidate it / the evidence for a PK. ■ Using OOC terms over Mic, (Such as yelling "thats a pk, thats a pk!" After killing someone) may void the PK entirely. Remain in character at all times. 2. I was told by a faction member that detectives are not allowed to PK somebody while not in uniform and that Canadian voided a PK due to that. 3. Martin Riggs claims I shot him in the crossfire, I have a clip that shows otherwise. He shot me while i was unarmed. I never harmed Martin Riggs, my gun was already concealed and he had to take his weapon off safety to even shoot which is all heard on the video. (Clip2) ■ Initiating a shootout or violent confrontation with Police can lead to a PK. Killing or attacking an Officer after initiating a violent confrontation leaves you PK active from officers for about 15 minutes. Generally we want people to not immediately go for the gun when dealing with Police, as a result if you escalate a situation to a shootout and lose you can be punished via PK as your character was killed. This does not apply if it is the Police that fired first or escalated to a shootout. 4. A staff member by the name of Toast told us the PK was active beforehand and the reason it made it to this point is because he didn't check a screenshot before giving the green light and when I acted on it there was no PK. I have in the clip mentioned everything from when Toast gave us the go ahead to when the target was killed and no PK body was there. YES A MAGIC TRICK NOT A MUGGING ATTEMPT. They had consented to the magic trick then killed me right after. Mugging was never in the picture or mentioned. So this is still a wrongful PK.

-1 TLDR: Keep jmooresy banned cake. Starting diverge I had jmz repeatedly shout abuse at me with no context of the rp of the server, later finding out that this guy was a staff member and was treating me like this in my first steps of the server could've pushed some people away so I'm glad I knew to ignore someone just dribbling hatred for no reason as after this and joining a faction that wasn't just shouting abuse at me. Further more I've had this guy show up to an apt in ghetto, switch to his staff char to see what was happening and then switch back to his main char. (What a lovely second meeting). During the conflict I had repeatedly again received abuse (including telling me to kill myself) from jmz but also from his cronies who were instructed to spout the same hatred that this insecure wee guy had spent months shouting at me. Finally moving on from my own bias and looking at the situation from a wider perspective, this is just me, I've talked to other people with similar experiences, these are the people who have stuck around, how many people has jmooresy bullied off the server before the got a chance to explore it? With the events that took place and in the lead up to the ban jmooresy was known to be a nuisance, but went over the line truly with the doxxing. To upload a ban appeal 6 days later stating to have changed, while hanging around in diverge general in my personal opinion shows a lack of growth and learning and more of a desperate plea and bargaining to try and claw his way back in without fully taking on the consequences of what he has done, without thinking about now others may feel about him being back, especially those who has harassed and ultimately doxxed, minor or not it's a complete arsehole move and I would be disappointed with the higher ups of the server if a ban was lifted so soon for behaviour that is hurting the servers player base at an ooc level. If you're reading to this point jmooresy, I do feel bad for you, I get you've spent a lot of time and money creating friendships and community on the server but I do think you need to reflect on how you make others feel before you open your mouth sometimes, not even as a staff member but as a player too, I have to give it to you recently you were becoming less cuntish but once again you've only got yourself to blame for the events that happened which lead us to your ban.

Hello, In the clip provided, it’s clear that while you may not have been the one to physically lockpick the door, you were actively involved in the raid. Involvement like this opens up the possibly for your character to be permanently killed in the event you die in the raid. And unfortunately for you, that happened to be outcome in this case. In the clip you are shown standing outside the door with a baseball bat, alongside a member of your faction (same person who lockpicked), and even shouted 'go go go' as the shooting began. These actions clearly indicate your participation in the raid.

Good morning, I was the admin that did you PK. I will provide the clip below but you were clearly seen with another man attempting to lockpick a room and when the residents of that room opened the door you were there with a weapon in your hands right at the door. They then proceeded to shoot you and the other man who were trying to break into the room. Here is the clip for further clarification. You are trying to become an staff member on an mafiaRP server. but all you ever do is play as an cop or lawyer, you don't really have real experience with the criminal side of roleplay, which makes me question how well he understands crimeRP. If you’re going to be staff on a crime-focused server, you should at least have a solid grasp of both sides
