Hello I'm the admin who approved this Permakill for your character Tony "Two-Nuts" Tillanio. When joining a criminal faction all users understand and partake in the risk of being PK'ed as is the nature of being a criminal. Members of a faction who break their IC code of conduct or run risk to the faction can be ordered killed by the faction leader. So, their main reason for why you were permakilled was "ghosting the family." This generally means getting on the whitelist and then ignoring your superiors or, in your case, joining a long time ago (August 2024), going inactive, and then suddenly hopping on one day (4/7/2025) without notifying anyone. See the time difference? When you don't let anyone know you're coming back and just pop up on the whitelist without paying your weekly mandated kickups, it's going to lead to your death. To make matters worse, you completely left the Discord, so any lines of communication were severely limited, neither you nor they could easily get in touch.

When I got banned off Diverge I frustration and anger, but I took a couple months to think about it and really REFLECT on myself. I have learned to accept that I was obnoxious, Lying, rude, destructive and god right such a nasty person to deal with... When I played the server I would always think that everyone was the problem (including the admin team) I always had this weird thought that I was being targeted by other people in the server, but now that I had the time to reflect on myself and really understand the gravity of this situation and made the big step to accepting that none of that was true... I realized that I needed to fix all the bad things that were going on in my life outside gmod/diverge networks. And once I began to accept that I had some problems and got my attitude better. And the reason I want to come back into the community is because I realized that I also had fun times with my friends and others. And this message goes to the staff team of diverge. What if we had a 1980s physical trading pit that would be used for open out-cry auctions? The products that would be traded would likely have to be some kinds of public commodities like oil, metals, agriculture, etc. We'd have to come up with an actual use case for the products outside of the exchange so that there would be demand for them. With oil, as an example, we'd likely have to change the way it currently works as there's already a set price and a riskless way that oil can be redeemed for, and thus an exchange would probably not be needed for it as there's already a determined fair value for it. We'd also have to establish a clearing firm that's responsible for guaranteeing trades and managing counterparty default risk. Thus, people that want to trade would have to apply for membership to have access such that the clearing firm can make sure the counterparties will pay their debts and just in general maintain an orderly market-place. Anyway, this is a very ambitious idea that would take a lot of work and would most definitely require a bigger/more complex city economy to be useful, but would be a lot of fun.
