Long Answer
What is your motivation/reason for applying?:
I like to consider myself an extrovert and whenever conflict arises, I understand that people are people meaning that it is the best route to come to a conclusion through the least problematic route. I also have a long experience in administration for all types of servers on Garry's Mod and throughout that time, I was able to figure out my preferred way of dealing with problems and dealing with a variety of situations after faults and successes. With that experience, I also acknowledge I am accountable for my actions and can understand when I have both done something correct or something wrong and I am willing to learn from both.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:
With my extensive background in administration, I excel in team environments and use a balanced approach to resolve issues effectively. Having managed numerous servers, I've developed a preferred staffing strategy. My experiences on both sides have deepened my understanding, and I'm committed to ensuring that everyone who interacts with the server administration leaves satisfied.

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?:
Yes for twelve hours for an RDM violation. Although I did not attempt to appeal the ban I still felt that it was unjust. An individual and I were in a verbal altercation where he then pulled out a sword and swung it multiple times. I however didn't know that it was simply a cosmetic and couldn't have done any damage to me.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:
I feel that I am rather known, mainly for my 14K character and my NYPD character. I have heard that I am a good member of the NYPD from a crowd of citizens when a different citizen was ragging on me which I did greatly appreciate. On my 14K character, I am mainly known for playing guitar in the park and at public gatherings.
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?:
I've often heard I have a strong reputation in law. My previous character in 14K was considered likeable and humorous, even if occasionally disruptive, which I can easily control. My favorite moments on Diverge are when everyone congregates and shares stories. Being a social person, I appreciate these gatherings. The beauty of the gaming community lies in how people from vastly different backgrounds come together through a shared love for roleplaying, connecting over their diverse real-life and in-game experiences.

Problem Solving
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
I would most likely be recording at the time. When the situation is taken by a different member, I would send my footage in to aid with the conclusion. If the only available option is to take it and I was not directly affected, then I would do so.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
To gain better context, I would request to speak with the member. If it rather clear that it was a blatant abuse of their power, with complete disregard for the experience of other players, I would gather evidence, including recordings of the incidents, the conversation, and route it up to Upper Adminstration.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?:
There is no room for personal bias and to ensure this, I would request that a different member of the team take the ticket. If it comes to me, I would cite server rules, global rules, and the guidelines for administration to ensure that the ticket is handled fairly as if any other member of the team would do. To make sure that the situation is resolved per guidelines, if at any time that either I or any of the parties feel the sides are being taken due to past experiences, I would request another member of the team takes the ticket and provide only valid and fair context.
